Graduated from the Haute École de Musique de Genève in 2024, I transmit with pleasure and my passion for this beautiful instrument in dynamic, interactive lessons, at the service of the student whatever his level.

Classes are aimed at people of all ages, learning to play the violin with one of the most recognized techniques, the Russian violin method, in a pleasant setting. The exercises and pieces will be adapted to the level of the student. I graduated from the Turun Ammattikorkeakoulu of Turku Finland with a violin bachelor's degree in Alexander Vinnitski's class (professor at the conservatories of Turku, Helsinki and Moscow, former student of David Oistrach). The music theory courses can be given separately or be part of the violin training. I got a DEM of music theory at the Conservatory of Music and Dance departmental radiation of Dole. Classes are 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes or more. Classes are taught in French or English. Any question is welcome!

I give violin lessons (also viola) for children and adults. During the first lesson we will first get acquainted and I will explain about the posture and we will first make sound. It is important to first learn the basics well (rhythm, reading notes, posture and more), I always give nice songs and if students prefer to learn to play something that is always allowed. If the student can already play then we look together for the repertoire. It is also important to practice regularly, you don't have to do much, 10 minutes a day works fine as long as it is regular. I play more classical music myself, but I can of course also play modern well-known songs.

I have thirteen years of teaching experience in the Netherlands and in Belgium ( privately and at music schools/muziekacademies). In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination. In the individual lessons we discuss possibilities of thinking about sounds and ways of bringing sounds to life in different ways. Violin lessons are in particular a great way of exploring the connectedness of the thought, feelings, and body through learning the instrument as well as reading music. In each lesson, we discuss ways of developing a better understanding of this connection using different methods; the methods used for each student can vary according to their needs. As a result, students will be able to play different music on the violin and improvise on the instrument. In music theory, ear training, and composition lessons we delve into the basics of music theory in Western Classical tradition, the history of it, and look at some examples as well as practical exercises for a better understanding of the material. Through the process of learning, we will explore different ways of implementing different theoretical aspects of the sound in creative practice.
