- guidance and coaching of HBO interns- recruitment and selection
- training and mentoring of political candidates
- reiki 1 and 2
- work experience 25+ years: controlling, senior/strategic advice, IT purchasing, contract management, IT sourcing advice, information management
Contract management is ensuring that the agreements laid down in a contract are actually fulfilled. Both the performance and obligations of the supplier are relevant as well as the performance and obligations of the own organization.
Poor purchasing contracts or poorly maintained contracts can cause confusion, friction and 'hassle'. Contracts are also sometimes too comprehensive or incomplete.
By managing and administering your purchasing contracts in a structured way, you can ensure that the risks surrounding contracts are minimized and that the contracts are used properly. This not only saves time and money, but also generally ensures better relationships with your supplier.
I can teach you how to create that structure, organize good tenders, conclude good contracts and manage your contracts better.
Microsoft excel lessons for beginners and intermediates. I will take you from the start in learning excel.
Whether or not using your own examples or projects. I teach you things like working with formulas, formatting, graphs, pivot tables, data logic, data editing.
Support with your Excel assignment or project is also possible.
In various functions I have gained experience with excel in recent years. I have also designed small applications. I taught myself the basic and advanced steps, after which I followed a small-scale and interactive expert training where mainly many tips and tricks were discussed.
Sometimes pupils or students find it difficult to be structured about school, or to focus on learning goals. As a personal trainer I help with that. I help with creating structure, setting (realistic) goals. I also help to make a good planning, and to prepare for, for example, tests, exams or presentations. The responsibility always lies with you when it comes to effort. But sometimes working together and thinking together helps to stay focused and motivated.
With a psychology degree, a variety of courses after my education, 25 years of serious work experience (controlling, purchasing, strategic advice, administration, HR), guidance of students/interns and experience with education for adults, I am broadly oriented. I am analytical and like a pragmatic approach. I have experience with high sensitivity.
My analytical skills help me to ask reflective questions that can make you think, for example about how you learn or what motivates you.

Sometimes you get stuck.
Sometimes life choices and 'crossroads' are difficult.
Sometimes you just don't know.
Sometimes you're looking for someone to think critically with (or to think against...)
Whether it is at work, in your life, relationship, social life, etc. Anyone can get 'stuck'.
As a personal coach I teach and/or help you to come out of it better, to deal with it, to learn. Because every setback can also bring you something that you can use. That is what I want to teach you, discover together with you.
I can help you structure what you are doing, set (realistic) goals for life and work. I also help you learn to prepare for difficult conversations, for example. But first and foremost, I listen to you. With reflection questions, I may already put you on a track that leads somewhere. I teach you how to discover what you really want. I do this by asking further questions (sometimes with uncomfortable questions) and by giving you exercises so that you can get started yourself.
The responsibility of course always lies with you when it comes to making choices, or with regard to what you want to get out of a trajectory. But sometimes brainstorming and thinking together just helps better (in your learning process).

IGCSE, IB MYP, and GCSE courses for all levels Math, Physics and ScienceI am Mavi, a physics engineer working at an aerospace company.
I have been teaching private lessons at the primary, secondary, high school, and university preparatory levels for 9 years. I teach mathematics, physics, chemistry, and science. I have a good command of the curricula of IB, IGCSE, American, Hong Kong, and international schools.
Additionally, I hold the position of president at the Astronomy Society, where I foster my students' interest in astronomy and science beyond the lessons. I prepare the learning environment by incorporating experiments and exploration, moving away from rote education. I often bring experimental materials to class, aiming to make learning memorable through hands-on experiments.
As an educational mentor, I approach my students as if they were my siblings, valuing creativity. I have a deep passion for mathematics, physics, and science. I am dedicated to helping students understand and learn because life encompasses both SCIENCE and ART. The more people I can inspire to know, understand, and love mathematics, physics, and chemistry, the more proud I am.

Private lessons in Arabic and English to build my little champions from the beginningMy name is Mariam from the United Arab Emirates. I specialize in establishing children from 4 years old to third grade in Arabic and English subjects with more than seven years of experience in teaching. I love children and I have patience in understanding the needs of my young students. I establish them and teach them new words. My priorities are to explain in detail and in stages until the child acquires the information. I send the exercises to the guardian before the specified class time to print them for the child. If he has a printer, I contact the guardian at the end of the class to tell him about the level of their child with me. May God bless you, my little heroes 🤍

What is sociology? An introductory course on key conceptsThe course, ' What is sociology?’, is taken from a textbook. The textbook comprehensively explores sociology, aimed at both students and educators. It explores various aspects of sociology and provides a rich understanding of social structures and institutions and their impact on human behavior and the organization of society. The course follows the same lines as my textbook (which can be found on Amazon in French and English).
The course is organized into 14 modules as follows:
1. Introduction to Sociology
2 . The Origins and Development of Sociology
3 . The History of Sociology
4 . Theoretical Perspectives in Sociology
5. Research Methods in Sociology
6 . Socialization and Identity
7. Social Structures and Institutions
8 . Social Stratification and Inequality
9 . Culture and Society
10 . Sociology of Religion
11 . Deviance and Crime
12 . Social Change and Social Movements
13 . The Future of Sociology
14 . Conclusion: A Reflective Journey Through Sociology
Every time, the teacher starts by presenting the topic. The students are required to take notes. Then, we start the questions and answers to ensure the students understand what was said. Then, we summarize, and that ends the session.
NB: There will also be a distribution of references for further reading on the subject.
Overall, the course provides a theoretical foundation for understanding key sociological concepts and their application to analyze and resolve societal complexities. It will be supplemented by practical exercises in content analysis, text intelligence, etc.

Mathematics, Sciences, Algebra, Calculus, Statistics: Higher Education - private lessons.Need help with math and science (physics, chemistry,...)? As a civil engineer, 31, I am happy to help you! Learn at your pace and with many examples to clarify the learning material. I have years of experience in teaching simple and complex material.
The lessons run as follows. First of all, together we look for the student's biggest stumbling blocks. These can be related to the subject matter as well as to the study method. From there, I continue to work at the pace of the student and encourage them to ask as many questions as possible. I also give them tips and tricks, and improve their working methods where necessary. During the lesson I give many examples to make the subject matter more interesting and we solve exercises together. Once the student has mastered the exercises from the lesson, I give some more challenging exercises to also test on the deeper understanding of the subject matter. In this way I try to optimally prepare the student for his / her test or exam.
However, learning should also be enjoyable. That is why I always strive for a good relationship with the student through a spontaneous and positive approach. I am also very patient. All this lowers the barrier to ask questions and improves the student's learning process.
Are you interested? Do not hesitate to contact me!
See you soon!

Current physics teacher offering GCSE, MYP, A-level, IB DP Physics tuitionI am currently teaching physics and have recently completed a masters in astrophysics. I have been teaching for over 10 years now (including being Head of Physics at one of the largest international schools in Asia) and I love my subject. I like to make my classes fun, engaging, and driven towards giving you the tools needed to help improve your physics. I have a lot of online tools to help you and you will receive lots of feedback on what we do.
When you purchase a tutorial (or set of tutorials) we'll have an initial session to go over what you need to cover and what materials you would like. It'll help me assess your levels and to organise the correct materials.
Then, during each session, we'll go through the material and try questions (including past paper questions). We'll practice both the multiple choice and long answer question papers. I'll make sure to arrange for you to receive the materials before our sessions so that we're targeting everything to just those things you need to study.
I've also added a course specifically for DP students to get them ready for their new course:

Bilingualism and Code-Switching: by popular demandIn these neuro-divergent times, the binary division of "one language or two" in bilinguals is perhaps due some contestation, which students are capable of providing. I have always found bilingual production models (and the ubiquitous Powerpoint slide) that university teachers provide a hindrance because of their lack of explicitness and discussion - they are just not relatable as presented nor do they provide much information or examples for monolingual students.
Code-switching, a by-product of bilingualism, is now a term that is even found in minority-ethnic neighbourhood grafitti ("can white people code-switch" a found example). Please note that this is a linguistic term, used for switching between two languages, and not between local or social varieties of English.
My personal position is that there is no such thing as bilingualism: there is always a language that suffers attrition, and one language that prevails, mostly because of its prestigious standing over the other language. On the other hand, a child exposed to more than one language cannot be truly monolingual.
For this course (very popular at universities around Europe both at undergraduate and postgraduate level) we shall go through the terms used to discuss bilingualism, in detail, and then discuss, with the help of published books and articles, who can be considered bilingual (or are we all, one other language lying dormant?). Can bilingualism be defined by the speaker, instead of the "community"? Can it be imposed by the State? Does a bilingual brain function in the same manner as a monolingual brain? These are research questions that emerge as dissertation or thesis topics both at undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
