English Classes (Conversational Classes/Exam Preparation)

Hello everyone! Holder of a TEFL / TESOL certificate, I give particular ENGLISH COURSES, or in small groups. French mother tongue, I also give FRENCH COURSES. Having lived twice in Brazil and my wife is Brazilian, I am bilingual Portuguese and also offers PORTUGUESE COURSES. These courses are for adults and children. I am a 3rd year high school student and I am 17 years old. I am very good at languages and can help you integrate concepts learned in class and do your homework. I also have experience because I regularly help my sister with her homework.

And because i have a background in Engeneering studies i can also help in Mathematics and physics. Difficulties in English or French? Learning a new language is not easy, nor is discovering a new culture. Learning is much easier when you have fun, and when the lesson is based on the child's interests. Scientific research increasingly shows that we learn better while having fun, by adapting the teaching to our tastes. For English it's the same ... if your child is a fan of Minecraft or Pokemon, manga or drawing, we will approach the subject while reviewing the notions of English acquired or in the process of being acquired.

My classes are designed to help students with their homework, to help them prepare for a test by providing them with additional exercises to best guarantee their success. I am in the first year of physics at EPFL and therefore have a solid foundation to help my students progress in science. After having myself finished compulsory school in Vaud in the pre-gymnasium course with very good exam results, I offer your child different working methods in order to find the one that will be the right one for her or for him. It is not always easy to learn to memorize German vocabulary, to organize oneself, to express oneself in writing or even to not lose one's means in the middle of the test, which is why I will do my best to communicate, discuss, share the different techniques that have been beneficial to me during my schooling. The idea is to bring my help to your child but above all to give him the means to succeed by himself or by herself. As for my background, I took the Italian option for three years in secondary I, a language that I already spoke a little in my family. I am someone who appreciates literature and expression in the three languages that I master the most, that is to say; Italian, English and French of course. I offer lessons of one to two hours depending on your child's needs, at your home (in Lausanne) or at the library of La Sallaz as well as that of La Riponne.
