Using jazz music as my specialism, I am able to teach even the most technically challenging concepts in their most basic forms and transfer them to the guitar in their most simple terms. I have taught the guitar, music theory and GCSE and A-Level Music syllabuses for six years to students of all ages and abilities and across every imaginable genre.

I'm a London-based, classically trained violinist who loves helping people explore and expand their skills on the violin. Each student is unique and has their own strengths, weaknesses and goals, and guiding them along their path is like solving a different puzzle every time. And I love puzzles! I tailor my teaching to the student, so in a first lesson I like to get to know you a little bit, hear about your ideas, your goals and what your relationship to the instrument is. In-person teaching is essential for beginners, but I also offer online-teaching to more advanced students. I offer lessons in English, French, German and Spanish.

Music is a valuable skill that aids learning in other fields too. I would teach basic music theory, and children's music, introducing basic music concepts. I have also attended a music conservatoire from Sept 2016- Aug 2021, playing the cello, and so can teach this for grades 1-3.

I am a professional violinist with over 15 years in the industry. Graduated from Guildhall School of Music & Drama - this year rated the UK’s best music conservatoire and in the top 10 in the world. I'm an experienced teacher, with students of different levels/ages. I enjoy the diversity of students and understanding of their different ways of learning and goals and for me, this is the best part of the job - to know an treat each student as a unique person that they are. You'll be encouraged to make music from the very first day. Together with some necessary music theory, always applied to the instrument, you'll learn pieces of gradual difficulty. We make use of progressive tuition methods and you'll learn a solid technique by playing scales, bowing and fingering exercises and easy tunes to begin with. Repertoire includes etudes, playful and challenging concert pieces and from the very beginning duos to play with the teacher.

Prepare students for Suzuki examinations, ensuring they meet the required standards for each level. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Organize and conduct recitals and performance opportunities to enhance students' confidence and stage presence. Collaborate with parents to create supportive practice environments at home, offering guidance on effective practice strategies and techniques. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.

Everyone is musical to learn music! I offer instrumental lessons for piano and Guzheng to students of all ages and backgrounds, regardless of your level of proficiency. Whether you prefer classical or pop music, you will find something that suits your taste. I also provide lessons Western music theory ranging from Grade 1 to Grade 8, as well as Chinese music theory lessons. You can also opt to take Graded examinations for international recognition of your progress in music. I am proud to say that my students have a 100% passing rate. I am a professional pianist who has studied in St Petersburg Conservatory (in Russia) and at the moment work as a pianist, organist and concertmaster in different locations and I am willing to share my knowledge with people who have a passion for music. I am a composer/pianist currently studying at Royal College of Music. I started studying music at quite young, but never found my passion in it until my late teenage years. Now music is such an integral part of my life and well being, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences to support others on their musical journeys. As a teacher I am very flexible and can adapt to how you want to learn, I also take a creative approach to teaching piano so that my students develop their musicianship and composition skills while learning the piano. As a composer, I always bring elements of music theory and composition into my piano teaching, so that my students can develop their musicianship and creativity while improving their piano playing skills. My teaching philosophy is that the most important aspect of learning music is to find one’s interest and passion in it, and my goal as a teacher is to support my students and help them find their passion in music; However, I am familiar with the ABRSM examinations and have a Grade 8 certificate myself, and I always tailor my lessons to different students based on what they are looking for.

She was the baroque strings coach at the inaugural edition of the Novi Sad Baroque Academy, where she presented a mixture of teaching methods incorporated with historically informed performance practice. In October of 2021 she joined the Herne Hill Music Studio in London as one of their tutors. She enjoys teaching students of all levels and ages, and is always willing to exchange knowledge, seeking new exciting and productive ways of learning. She has explored educational psychology, as well as Feldenkrais and Alexander Technique, visualization and different teaching schools. Having studied 2nd-study piano at her music college as a compulsory requirement, she is able to guide children to take ABRSM graded piano music exams too. The students’ happiness, acquisition of new knowledge and musical improvement are the most important things to her. Hello! I am a warm, encouraging and adaptable musician and am about to graduate from the Royal Academy of Music. I am an experienced teacher and have a DBS certificate. This class is an opportunity to learn violin/ viola or receive tutoring in music theory (up to Grade 8) from an enthusiastic tutor who is passionate about music education. I have a positive approach and take into account the individuals needs and personality. I believe in a whole person approach to musical education and ensuring the student is always comfortable and confident when playing and performing.

In this class, we'll be looking at the necessary building blocks of the modern guitarist. These topics will include chords, melody, guitar technique, composition and improvisation. Whether you look to implement these skills in jazz or rock, the skills learnt here are applicable to all genres of music.
