We are Paulina and Victor- a Polish-Cuban couple specializing in kizomba traditional/fusion and cuban salsa. We can give classes in English, Spanish, Polish, Italian and Portuguese. Victor has been a Cuban dance teacher from Havana, Cuba for 9 years with a lot of experience in all kinds of Latin and African dance adored by students of all ages. Paulina is a dance teacher who learned everything travelling around Latin America and getting the most valuable tips from different teachers in different styles and countries. Since 2018 we have been teaching together in dance schools, privately, and also during the RitmoCuba 2019 Festival in Havana. Currently, we are in Szczecin, Poland teaching privately and in groups and giving workshops in other cities :) We might be some weekends in Zurich, Switzerland so just contact us and maybe we can schedule a class! Keep calm and dance!:) Our goal is to make people feel comfortable in their own skin and teach them how to really feel more so they can be able to dance with anyone they meet on the dancefloor. We focus on delivering a solid base of how to lead and follow your partner instead of just learning choreographies (unless you ask for them). We are very patient and we believe that anybody CAN DANCE and enjoy it:) You just need to find your style:)

Let's do it together, whether it's a dance, a performance or whatever you want, alone, with your partner, family, bridesmaids or whoever you want. There are two options: I teach you how to dance the genre you are going to dance + the choreography or I just teach you the choreography to perform, it's up to you. The creation of choreographies depends on their duration. All ages and levels, don't wait any longer!

I started my journey of learning how to shuffle/cut shapes a little over a year ago and it ignited a flame of passion in me like nothing had in a very long time. I'd say it's turned into a somewhat spiritual experience for me. Although there is of course still a lot for me to learn and improve on and I feel like my journey has just started, I feel confident that I can help others get started on their own journey. My fundamentals as well as my knowledge and understanding of the dance are pretty solid and I would never try to teach you something that is outside of my expertise. I think at the end of the day though, the most important thing with dance is to just have fun and to learn to find confidence and freedom in your expression through it, so most of all I hope I can help you find that.

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract. My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings.
