Former viola da gamba student at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris (CNSMDP) and in Literary classe préparatoire with a music option at the Lycée Fénelon in Paris, I offer viola da gamba lessons. I have been teaching viola at the Conservatoire de Rueil-Malmaison (CRR) since 2019 and have been giving private lessons for many years. I teach both children and adults. My teaching method is particularly focused on working on the body, how to mobilize it in the most efficient and healthy way possible when playing, using some tools that I learned during my work in Alexandre Technique I teach at my place in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.

VOCAL lessons are divided into 2 parts - 1) Warmup Exercise and 2) Singing Exercise. We do both parts in every lessons. Ideally we spend every 2-3 sessions for each song. For kids, a 30-min online lesson / 45-min face-to-face lesson would be long enough for their attention. For adults, it's good to start with a 50-min online lesson! Also, we do music appreciation occasionally during the session. Some other learning materials like music videos are applied based on song choices.

I am a professional violinist. I graduated with distinction at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (Master) and hold a Bachelor Diploma from Codarts (Rotterdam). I also pursued a masters degree in Music Education at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. I teach students of all ages and levels. I have thirteen years of teaching experience in the Netherlands and in Belgium ( privately and at music schools/muziekacademies). In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination. Your body is your instrument when singing. We try to make that instrument sound as beautiful as possible by working on sound formation. This allows the vocal cords to move more freely, so that you get tired less quickly when singing. Your voice becomes fuller and you can sing higher and lower notes. During the singing lessons we also work on articulation, the pronunciation of foreign languages and also on the meaning of and your feelings about a particular piece.
