I am an experienced and certified teacher with over 150 hours in teaching in studios and University facilities. I can teach one on one classes but also groups up to 50 people. I have recently graduated with a Barre foundations diploma, provided by the MethodBarre. Barre a very popular sports enables you to build strength and elongate your muscles. As an ancient dancer (Jazz and Ballet) at the Conservatoire de la Musique du Luxembourg, I have strong ballet foundations. However, my barre practice merges fitness and ballet. Yogi’s and anyone can benefit from Barre classes.

Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD. My nutrition diploma is an advantage to you as a coach- I can guide you in injury recovery, detox and assist you with certain medical conditions such as IBS or other gut diseases in the autoimmune spectrum.
