Trusted teacher: I provide a framework of self-analysis and concrete steps to help you free yourself from beliefs and habits that hinder your growth, keeping you on an emotional roller-coaster, and to develop those that support you. This training is undertaken through weekly discussion, note-taking and concrete actions to be taken each week. Yoga therapy such as work on chakra balancing and practices to connect with your spiritual being can be included in this program. The course is designed to: Provide you the flexibility to be able to stay in the comfort of your home whilst your yoga instructor comes to you. And give you the chance for one-on-one quality learning with a program designed specifically for you, according to your needs and preferences. My Yoga Teaching Philosophy: Many of my students, when they first come to me, express their disappointment with some of the yoga lessons they have visited. They find them to be either too much focused on the physical aspect and lacking in real substance and sense of community in the group or, on the other hand, too much focused on the spiritual/mental aspect without much challenge to the physical body. In my personal practice and during my lessons I try to work towards a balance between strength and relaxation, between action and introspection. I do not take myself too seriously, since, for me, this practice should be a joy - a discipline yes, but definitely not a dogma. I would like my students to be able to experience the power of what yoga can offer us and feel at ease with being just who they are: natural, without any need to live up to any ideas of who a yogi 'should' or 'should not' be. This, to me, is a process of allowing time and practice to take effect - a process which we experience both together, and individually in everyday life. All my programs are tailored to your needs and preferences. Yoga and Emotional Mastery training can be combined to deliver maximum value. This training is designed to guide you to develop greater consciousness and master your own sense of health and well-being. Meaning: you build up your own regular practice and habits that will remain with you over the long-term, way beyond the limit of our one-hour lessons!

Trusted teacher: Why is pelvic mobility important? 🔆Pelvic mobility is essential to meet the simplest daily functional needs such as walking or climbing stairs. The pelvis is the center of gravity and the largest bone complex in the human body. It is an insertion point for strong muscles: they form the muscular chains that have the pelvis as an anchor point. The shortening or overtraining of some of them, due to sports postures or gestures, can generate an imbalance in the tensegrity system of the pelvic girdle and many local and adjacent problems, from muscle decompensations, pain, health problems at a visceral level and many others. aspects that are not taken into account 🧐 ✅You have to ensure that your pelvis is in a neutral position, aligned at all times and in any activity you do so that your body does not adopt wrong postures by default and avoid having problems with its mobility and consequently other derived dysfunctions, such as hernias, lower back pain. , pelvic floor problems, etc. 📌The program aims to strengthen, stretch and put into tension the muscle chains and the analytical work of the abductor, adductor, extensor and pelvitrochanter complex. All of these myofascial elements determine the pelvic position and, in doing so, create or limit the freedom of the pelvis, having repercussions on the lower and upper limbs. 🤗 Of course we are not going to leave aside the rest of the body❗️❗️😅 The training approach will be individualized, after a general and analytical body evaluation. Enough of so many aches and pains, release the superficial and deep fascia and revitalize your energy center. 🥰

Trusted teacher: The father of modern yoga Patanjali mentioned consistency in his biography: Practice should be continuous for a long time with devotion for its firm establishment. You have to practice for a long period of time. Your practice must not be interrupted. You must do it regularly. You must do your practice with love and respect. -Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: 1.14 - Consistency is key to achieving your goals, and cultivating peace within yourself is the first step towards a fulfilling life. Let me guide you on your journey towards inner harmony. -About my class- My yoga class is breath-based hatha yoga. In the class, we use a specific breath technique to heat the body up. It is authentic, yet fun, hatha yoga. We start the basic hatha yoga practice at the beginning and then we will add some breath techniques once your body gets used to it. The goal of yoga is to bring harmony between your body, mind and soul. It helps you to maintain your healthy mind and body. The time of yoga and meditation gives you a chance to observe yourself and to get to know yourself deeply. It is not a competition and is a time just for yourself. My class is private and I can guide you to maintain your body and mind depending on your body condition with a personalised plan such as weekly yoga to establish a healthy routine and tips for your yoga poses. -The contents of my class- Introduction Silent sitting and establish the breath Warm up Sun salutation Practise basic postures Final relaxation (Shavasana)

Private French lessons for foreigners by qualified French teacher (Brussels)
Cécile
If you are looking for a French language teacher, I highly recommend Cecile 😊 One of the best things about her teaching approach is that she customizes the method to the student’s particular learning needs. She starts by assessing your level, goals, and learning preferences and then designs the lessons based on this. Something else that I appreciate about Cecile is that she uses a wide array of teaching materials, not leaving space for boredom or an incomplete understanding of a topic. She incorporates texts, videos, audio, fun quizzes, and exercises from different sources and genres, covering various aspects of the French language and culture. She also encourages to practice comprehensively - speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in a balanced way. All in all, if you are after a comprehensive approach to learning and practicing French, this is the right tutor for you!

William coached my 13-year old son to improve his stamina, vertical and overall physical fitness. The exercises were relevant and my son was happy to undertake them mainly because of William’s friendly approach.
