Kunstegeschiedenis en Kunstbeschouwing Ik laat je kennis maken met de kunsten vanaf het begin van onze beschaving tot aan hedendaagse kunststromingen. We're talking about individual relationships that we're talking about and we're talking about these skills. We gaan naar tentoonstellingen waarbij ik je leer kijken en analyzen welke manier de kunstenaar zijn werk maakte en wararmee hij bezig was in indian van toepassing wat over wilde brengen met zijn werk. Kunstbeschouwing training is easy to do. Wat ervaar en herken je in het werk van een kunstenaar en hoe past jou interpretatie in je culture bewustzijn. You can zoom in and zoom in at specific locations. We also have the chance to have a job in our workshop and we have it ready to go. (not included in the contents of the museum in question) I present to you the arts from the beginning of our civilization to contemporary artistic movements. Where establishing relationships between individual artists and social developments plays an important role. We go to exhibitions where I teach you to look and analyze how the artist made his work and what he was doing and, if applicable, wanted to convey something with his work. Training in artistic reflection is part of the teaching. What do you experience and recognize in an artist's work and how does your interpretation fit into your cultural consciousness? Upon request, I will zoom in on specific artists. We will also visit an artist in his studio and interact with them. (museum entrance fees and round-trip transportation are not included)

Homework help & MATH lessons on COLLE / St PAUL & Surroundings - By PROFESSOR OF TRADE & PROFESSIONAL COACH
By PROFESSOR & PROFESSIONAL COACH Hello, First and foremost, I would like to wish you a warm welcome back to school and a peaceful year ahead as you work towards your goals. I am aware that the economic situation can sometimes be challenging, which is why I offer my services to accompany your child throughout their academic journey with ease and serenity. Throughout my career as a Graduate Teacher and Graduate Professional Coach, I have worked in various contexts. Until last year, I taught in front of whole classes as well as in private lessons. Since this year, I have been providing face-to-face private lessons at home and also via video conferencing, a mode of teaching that I have practiced with university students for the past ten years. My teaching environment has undergone significant changes, especially with the emergence of the Covid pandemic. This shift has led our secondary school students to adapt to the new mode of learning and communication, namely video conferencing. Despite the success of this transition, it is important to acknowledge that our younger students still require attention and a psycho-emotional connection in order to develop their autonomy peacefully. Over the past two decades, I have implemented proven methodological approaches, some of which are borrowed from theater techniques, such as the Davis method (mind mappings/colors), and my specialty, professional coaching, which aims to enhance your child's motivation. My main goal is to foster agility in your child across all subjects, not only for the present but also for their future when I will no longer be by their side. Ultimately, my objective goes beyond simply focusing on gaining points in a subject. I firmly believe in this approach due to my experience as a Mental Coach working with young athletes between Nice and Cannes, as well as throughout Europe via video conferencing, as part of their preparation for the French Tennis Championships. It has reinforced my conviction that working on a subject should be a nurtured objective that encompasses personal growth and development. As a Professor in General Education, specializing mainly in scientific subjects, I suggest supporting your child in gaining agility in constructing their academic path during this unique period that is filled with both opportunities and challenges. Looking forward to meeting you soon, Corinne. Bilingualism and Code-Switching: by popular demand
In these neuro-divergent times, the binary division of "one language or two" in bilinguals is perhaps due some contestation, which students are capable of providing. I have always found bilingual production models (and the ubiquitous Powerpoint slide) that university teachers provide a hindrance because of their lack of explicitness and discussion - they are just not relatable as presented nor do they provide much information or examples for monolingual students. Code-switching, a by-product of bilingualism, is now a term that is even found in minority-ethnic neighbourhood grafitti ("can white people code-switch" a found example). Please note that this is a linguistic term, used for switching between two languages, and not between local or social varieties of English. My personal position is that there is no such thing as bilingualism: there is always a language that suffers attrition, and one language that prevails, mostly because of its prestigious standing over the other language. On the other hand, a child exposed to more than one language cannot be truly monolingual. For this course (very popular at universities around Europe both at undergraduate and postgraduate level) we shall go through the terms used to discuss bilingualism, in detail, and then discuss, with the help of published books and articles, who can be considered bilingual (or are we all, one other language lying dormant?). Can bilingualism be defined by the speaker, instead of the "community"? Can it be imposed by the State? Does a bilingual brain function in the same manner as a monolingual brain? These are research questions that emerge as dissertation or thesis topics both at undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

Exam preparation EvAU Baccalaureate Social Sciences
The University Entrance Exams are tests that, to be passed successfully, require good preparation, consistent with the requirements of the high school level and the stipulated syllabus. As a university student, I myself have also had to go through this process and I am aware of how difficult this preparation can be if it is not well focused on the requirements of the tests; However, with good guidance and dedication it is possible to obtain very good results (in my case, an access grade of 13.512). These classes offer this preparation through the review of essential topics in a didactic and practical way, focused on the corresponding type of exam. The classes taught are mandatory and those specific to the Social Sciences modality: English, Spanish Language, Catalan Language, History, Philosophy, Mathematics Applied to Social Sciences, Economics, Business Economics, Geography and Biology.

It aims to provide learners with a deep understanding of the fundamental concepts of social sciences, to develop critical thinking skills in philosophy. In social sciences, we will analyze social dynamics, institutions and social phenomena, such as mental health, education, family and inequality. Students will study classical and contemporary sociological theories while developing a critical understanding of the structures that govern society. Philosophy, for its part, will encourage an exploration of major ethical, existential and metaphysical questions, with an emphasis on reflection and logical reasoning. Students will be invited to question the concepts of justice, truth and freedom, and to connect these notions to contemporary issues. In parallel, learning the Arabic language will be aimed at non-native speakers wishing to develop their oral and written communication skills. The course will offer an immersion in the basics of grammar, vocabulary and cultural expressions, allowing students to express themselves in Arabic in various contexts. This course offers an enriching experience for those who wish to combine intellectual reflection and the acquisition of language skills in an intercultural setting.

Geography: Understanding Our Complex and Changing World
Hi, I'm Polly! I graduated with a first-class BA in Geography from the University of Oxford and I am about to start my MA at SOAS University of London. My experience includes teaching English in China for a year, over four years tutoring Geography from KS3 to undergraduate level, and teaching A-level Geography at an international school. Geography is more than just maps; it's the study of the world and how humans interact with it, making it essential for understanding our interconnected planet and the challenges we face. This class ranges from physical geography, such as Earth's features and natural processes, to human geography, including population, urban development, and cultural landscapes. Students will develop critical skills like map reading, spatial awareness, analytical thinking, and research while exploring global issues such as climate change and sustainability. By learning geography, students gain a deeper appreciation for diverse cultures and environments, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to navigate and address the complex challenges of our world. As a qualified tutor for the National Tutoring Programme, I've developed strategies to address learning gaps and support students with SEND needs. My expertise covers human and physical Geography, ensuring comprehensive support across a range of topics. I tailor my approach to each student’s needs, focusing on content mastery, exam techniques, and revision strategies, with follow-up exercises to reinforce learning and build confidence.
