Tap dancing is very easy, it's all about weight chance and rhythm, through exercises we can improve a lot in a very short time.

Hello,

My name is Sandra. I am a theatre director and choreographer with a passion for teaching performing arts, languages, and yoga.
I have always been a passionate learner, which is why very early in my career I found my love for teaching.
Developing new skills and acquiring knowledge is fulfilling and gives us an immense sense of purpose and growth. In my opinion, this experience is only truly valuable if the time spent is quality time.

My classes are always fun challenges and useful tasks that students look forward to!

Really enjoyed the class thanks
Yoga is how I nourish the introvert part of my artist self, connecting my body with my love of both movement and creation. It is like entering an alternative space that exists within the mat, where I am allowed to simply "be." Yoga brings incalculable value to our lives. Aside from its mental and physical benefits, sharing a yoga practice can also be a spiritual experience. There is a special synchronicity happening within oneself and with others when moving and breathing together. For nearly a decade, I've enjoyed leading yoga practices around the world, witnessing discovery and growth in a wide range of practitioners. With a 500+ hour certification from Yoga Alliance, I teach a wide variety of styles, including Vinyasa Flow, Vinyasa Chakra, Power, and Yin Yoga. Bringing my dance experience, as well as my knowledge of breath, meditation and Ayurveda into the yoga practice are my favorite ways of creatively catering the class to all the different age groups, goals, levels of experience, and times of the day. I believe in making any given practice the best possible opportunity for growth, presence, and gratitude.
I am a Theatre director and performer with a passion for teaching language and art. I specialize in increasing vocabulary, developing the speaker's confidence, grammar and conversation. Contemporary and Ballet Dance tutoring. In-Person or via Zoom My contemporary class will focus on improving your co-ordination and pick up speed, developing experimenting with movement qualities, as well as practicing your technique. My class will include elements of Cunningham, Graham, and Release techniques. During Ballet class, we will focus on your technique and musicality as well as your performance skills and intentions. This class will compliment your grade work.

In addition to ballet classes and stretching, I also provide audition preparation and competition training variations. My ballet class is typically divided into two parts: Barre and Center, which include adagio, pirouettes, and jumps. Upon request, time can be reserved for pointe technique. During classes, attention is given not only to the technical aspects of the combinations provided but also to their musicality and the logic of movements. Detailed analysis is also provided on which muscles should be engaged in each movement and what sensations the student should experience when executing the steps correctly. It would be great if you could share a video of your class o perfomance before our first class. This will allow me to assess your level and make our lesson as productive as possible.
