Photoshop is a powerful app for photographers. As a photographer, you’ll need to be able to sort through the many complex features that will help make photos better. I’ve designed this course as a practical guide to Photoshop that’s specifically made for learning photographers. You will learn how to make selections, create masks, retouching portraits and use advanced techniques to not only improve photographs, but to turn them into entirely new images.

Do you want to learn the basics of drawing? Or are you already past that level? Do you want to draw on paper (with pencils) or on a screen? Do you want to learn the basics of 2D animation? I'm looking for students in Utrecht, I have a teaching space available in my apartment (I can share my address when you contact me), but am also able to travel to your desired space within the city. I can also teach via webcam, but I do recommend my in-person classes, seeing as they're more immersive and educational. I unfortunately do not speak Dutch (yet), but am confident we can overcome any potential language barrier we come across. I have the most experience in teaching teenagers and preteens, so I think we would definitely be a good match if you're a parent or guardian looking for a teacher for your child. This course is aimed at those wishing to improve or discover the disciplines of traditional and/or digital drawing. I have a bachelor's degree in computer graphics, animation and illustration since 2019. I teach drawing in general and the use of the Adobe suite (including Illustrator and Photoshop, the most popular digital drawing software). This online photography course is designed for anyone looking to build a more thoughtful, intentional approach to image-making. The course is designed to be accessible, supportive, and grounded in curiosity rather than perfectionism. You can work with any camera you have access to, including smartphones. Ideal for artists, students, and anyone interested in using photography to explore the world around them with more clarity and intention. I bring over 10 years photographic experience to the table, with both a BA (HONS) from UAL and MA degree in photography from the Royal College of Art. I am also happy to help with art school applications and crafting artist statements, regardless of artistic medium. I am particularly interested in engaging with people who work with writing and prose in their practice, or who are looking/seeking to incorporate this into their photography projects.

I like to focus the classes in such a way that the current drawing level of the student is not what is important. The room for improvement will always evolve. I like to take my classes towards character design, towards general things like the psychology of color and shapes, since they are assimilable and highly useful concepts, independent of the level of drawing. For this reason, my classes are aimed at all ages and drawing levels. I also try to focus them on the preferences and tastes of each student, showing them that everything they like, they like for a reason, that nothing is left to chance and that they can also understand how to make their drawings reflect what they want to convey. I offer private lessons, both one-on-one and online, on Autodesk's 3ds Max software with the Corona rendering engine. Together, we'll explore how to best use 3ds Max for interior design projects.
