I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Jazz singing from Haute Ecole de Musique (HEMU) Lausanne where I am currently studying a Masters in Jazz Pedagogy. I have also studied music in Dublin Ireland, where I acquired a Higher Certificate in Jazz and Contemporary Music from Newpark Music Centre's Berklee Track program whi h is facilitated by Berklee College of Music in Boston. I was the 2024 laureat of the Foundation Casino Barrier Award for talent and creativity and a 2018 winner of the Zimbabwean National Arts Council's National Arts Merit Award (NAMA). I am an Italian soprano, graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy. I work as a soloist as a freelance singer, and I teach singing to students of different levels and ages for many years. You are using your voice everyday. Speaking all day at work, or with your friends at the party, sometimes getting your voice tired. This problem is common for the people, who speak with their vocal chords making their throat and neck muscles tight. The right way of using your voice and your vocal chords is going to make your life so much easier even if you don't sing. The singing requires many skills from using your resonators and vocal chords, to a correct breathing using diaphragm. In this course I'm going to teach all levels how to use your voice not only for singing, but also to make your everyday life better and easier.

What you will obtain studying with me: Vocal technique (Classical, mainly: sacred, oratory, opera, lied, art songs) vocal health, right body posture, musicality, breathing, repertoire, phonetics and interpretation.
