Spanish courses for beginners and intermediate level

Mastering English and Spanish at a professional level, I am able to help you improve your understanding, writing or speaking in these two languages. I can also intervene for help in French because it is my mother tongue.

The objective of this course will be to learn Spanish grammar and to learn to chat in Spanish, working on pronunciation and diversifying your vocabulary. It will be possible to help students with their homework or to give them support lessons on the topics they are studying.

In order to study at best, I base myself on already defined lessons, I help the student to acquire good notions and I offer him additional practice exercises. In tongues, the main thing is to practice, so I also organize speaking exercises.

I teach mathematics, physics and chemistry from college to Terminale. These subjects that I really liked during my high school years, and I continue to study them today in engineering school. I wish to transmit knowledge, help pupils in difficulty or those who want to aim for excellence. I believe that to understand the expectations of my students, I must be able to talk to them beforehand. This is why I take the time to target the weak points and the gaps. Thus, I could prepare the course with methods, a card summarizing the essential of the concept in question, and exercises. My courses are addressed from college to high school. Of course, a course for a final year student will take me more time to prepare than a course for a third year student.

To help with homework for students I am very analytical. I was well trained in Math when I studied Engineering. For the English and Spanish course I will always speak in the languages that I am learning and if there is any doubt we could speak in French. I will give homework to do.

I advocate language learning through oral expression, which I focus on in my classes, nevertheless a good grasp of grammar and spelling is necessary, I propose various exercise to practice them.

I am currently a whole-school Spanish Teacher at the British School of Warsaw, teaching children from the age of 8 years old through to 18, focusing on Key Stages 2 and 3 of the National Curriculum for England, the Cambridge iGCSE program of studies for Spanish as a Foreign Language and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) for Spanish Language B.
