Y for Yoga / Pascale is a kids' yoga instructor for children aged 3 to 12 and offers yoga classes for children and their families. I have been teaching yoga to kids and their families since 2018; using nature and the natural elements to boost their creativity, through a light-hearted approach. My classes combine gentle movements, storytelling and using affirmations work to boost confidence, self-esteem and self-love.
