As a 500h Certified Yoga Alliance Teacher I'm offering PRIVATE ONLINE YOGA sessions for those who would love to start or continue one's personal yoga jorney with the profeccional guidance and adapted training program. Before we start, I will try to know your motivation, interests and background in yoga, so we will plan our classes wisely. You will rceive the knowledge in how to create a good Asana practice, will learn the Breathing Techniques and will enjoy the Meditation process. Besides, we can adjust the class for you current emotional and physical states.
    Yoga is my way of living and as my experience shows - it's definitely for everyone, you just need to find your way of practicing.

    “Meditation doesn’t work!” Has this thought ever crossed your mind? Maybe you’ve tried meditation or even done some mindfulness exercises. Sure, they might have helped you relax, maybe encouraged you to take a deep breath or two (or more) and maybe you felt a bit better. But then you got sick and scared, or had a fight with your partner, or yelled at a stranger. And you thought, “Well, eff that. I’ve been meditating for days/months/years and I’m still a jerk. Meditation doesn't work.” And you are right. Meditation doesn’t work if what we are trying to do is bypass the difficulties and discomfort of being a human being. If you are trying to change who you are. Then meditation definitely doesn’t work. But it does work if what you are seeking is to suffer less. Or at least to suffer well.
