Computer courses for college and/or university students

As a math teacher, I offer private lessons in science subjects. My classes are mainly aimed at cycle and college students in Geneva, as well as students from private schools. I can also help people who have already finished their schooling but who need to upgrade their knowledge for professional needs. I am generally available within 3 days of your request and I move around the canton of Geneva using public transport (TPG). Travel costs are included in my rates. For a long-term follow-up, I can give you exercises to do between sessions and correct them at home. I speak and understand English, but my lessons will be mainly in French. I am ready to adapt my teaching according to your specific needs and to provide personalized support to help you progress in scientific subjects. Computer science being an increasingly growing field in everyday life or in the field of employment, thanks to my Bachelor in Computer Science and my current Master in Computer Science, I offer courses for all ages and all levels in different areas of computer science, basic skills, introduction to programming, app and website design, reinforcement of acquired skills, etc. So whether you are young and want to dive into this world, whether you want to deepen your existing skills, or whether you are older and want to discover computer science, contact me.

I am here to help you with homework or class exercises that you struggled with, and review the course if necessary, as well as teach techniques to facilitate understanding and resolution. With my experience as a student assistant at EPFL, I can help you find your own blockage and I correct you if there is something that is not right at this level. If you get stuck, I ask you questions to guide you towards the solution without telling you directly. If that is not enough, we do the exercise together in a guided way in the hope that you will be able to solve an exercise of the same type alone in the future. I can also find interesting exercises based on your gaps. All students up to and including a university bachelor's level are welcome. Classes are held online via Zoom or in person. I use screen sharing in the case of Zoom, and I can show you my personal type of resolution.

As an engineering student at École des Ponts et Chaussées (Paris) and researcher in mathematics applied to AI at EPFL, I offer private tutoring in fundamental and applied mathematics for various levels: - Secondary school (Vaud) - University Bachelor's degree (Vaud) - Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles (France) My teaching approach, focused on deep understanding and scientific curiosity, has enabled my students to achieve excellent academic results and develop true autonomy. Graduate student of a CFC as well as a professional maturity, I propose courses of preparation for exams of CFC in management, economy and ICA for the profiles B and E. My teaching method is to identify and fill the gaps of my students by providing them with clear and logical methods that I learned during my training. This course focuses on basic computing and office automation. It is aimed in particular at any beginner wishing to learn how to use a computer, tablet or smartphone. The courses will be focused on the needs of the learner and the topics covered may cover different aspects of digital technology such as internet browsing, emails, word processing, social networks, computer security, online job searches, etc. My goal will be to make the course interactive and fun, while focusing on the practice and needs of the learner.

This course is intended for people who need help with their programming, academic or personal projects. I can easily help you develop a project in Java, C, Python, Scala, VHDL, having carried out many of them myself and helped a certain number of students to carry out theirs. I help in particular with the realization of projects from programming courses in the EPFL and UNIL programs, having followed and taught them myself, so I know the program well. I have been programming since I was 14 and have created several projects, from high school to graduate school. This course is therefore intended for all levels, for people wishing to start but also for middle school or high school graduates needing help in their courses. I have already taught programming and project monitoring courses in Java and would be happy to help you achieve your goal, adapting to the level and pace / pedagogy needed by anyone. Classes take place mainly at my home or on the EPFL campus, I can also travel by public transport to your home.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from EPFL, and I am currently a 2nd year student of a Master's degree in Communication Systems at EPFL. With an average higher than 5/6 in the Bachelor, my skills in mathematics and computer science (whether theoretical or programming) are solid to help students ranging from primary school to the beginning of the Bachelor. Someone whom I can occasionally ask questions, or take advice from, or or just ask what should I learn next. That's why I'm offering this class. I have very diverse background working at different startups in France, Switzerland, and remotely with people from USA, Australia, Germany, Korea, Japan, and of course my home country Egypt. My main fields of work is web and API development, but the skills I can teach you apply to all disciplines of computer science. What I can give you in these sessions are one of the following 1.
