History and Philosophy classes. Deepening and review.

I have a degree in Philosophy with a master's degree in teacher training and I give reinforcement and preparation classes to the EBAU in the subjects of Philosophy, History, Languages (Spanish and English). The classes adhere to the maximum to the demands of the academic program. We will try to clarify doubts, to read and understand philosophical texts, learn to develop suitable essays for all subjects, explain grammar in an easier way and above all, face an exam in the best way! I mainly teach math lessons from middle school to high school. Before starting the lessons, I need to get in touch with the student to know their level, the areas where they want to improve and their objectives. Depending on the level, I adapt the work seen in class to the different points of improvement and suggest exercises consistent with what the student is stuck on. At the same time, I go over point by point the elements that were not for the student (in the Ds and the questions) I rework the exercises seen in class. Finally, and this is the most important, I advise the student on his working methods, with what state of mind to approach the exercises. I can also provide homework help in subjects other than mathematics: I got 17 in the HEC philosophy exams and I didn't get below 18 in subjects such as SES, Philosophy and history in the BAC. I recommend at least one math lesson per week in order to take stock of the week; it is regularity that allows progress. As a Tutor at EDHEC I already have experience of courses with high schools. In terms of math, I got 18 in my math baccalaureate and then I went to a HEC preparatory class at Louis-Le-Grand in advanced math where I had more than 12 hours of math per week.

I offer classes on History, Geography, and Political Science, with over 11 years' of experience in these subjects, both professionally and academically. I hold Bachelor's Degrees in both History and Political Science (from the University of Florida), as well as a Master's in Political Science, specifically European Politics (from KU Leuven). I have extensive experience in a wide range of historical and political subjects and have always had a keen interest in history and the social sciences. Additionally, previously I have been a journalist (dealing with Competition Law) and currently am an editor working on a wide variety of subjects for organizations such as the UNHCR and Goethe Institut, among others. I am capable of teaching and lecturing on numerous historical and political events and periods in history, with myself having specialized in European history, American history, African history, as well as the Medieval period and Antiquity.

History is what connects the present to the past and helps us to predict the future. In my class, you will learn modern european history, in particular the history of Germany from 1918 to 1989. You will be taught by a world class teacher that has studied European history to a high level, gaining an A in the subject. The key aspects of the history of Germany will be broken down into manageable chunks for students to understand more easily.
