I suggest you improve your saxophone and music practice by focusing on learning melody by ear and developing improvisation. All this is acquired little by little by playing specific exercises and solos, pieces or saxophone studies. Free improvisation allows you to develop your inner singing and your musical personality. Finally, working with a metronome or directly on recordings will help you improve your rhythmic ear. I started with jazz then curiosity pushed me to study classical saxophone for 3 years before specializing in tenor and jazz. I had many saxophone teachers (Eric Barret, Pascal Gaubert, Sylvain Rifflet, Sylvain Cathala...) and today I have a bachelor's degree at the Royal Conservatory with Fabrice Alleman and Manu Hermia. I have played the saxophone in many different contexts, often in jazz in small groups or in a Big Band, in classical solo or in a quartet and also with pop groups on stage or in the studio.
