In 2014, was invited by Lorin Maazel to participate as Associate Conductor at the Castleton Festival. He conducted the Berliner Camerata, the Orchestre Regional de Cannes, the Berlin Sinfonietta, SymphoniaASSAI, the Ensemble Orchestral de Valencia, the Symphony Orchestra of the Conservatory of Cagliari, the Ruse Philharmonic, the Moldavian National Orchestra, the Jenaer Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Symphony Orchestra and Choir of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. Andrea graduated with top marks in piano and orchestral conducting from the Conservatorio P. da Palestrina in Cagliari, the Ecole Normale A. Cortot in Paris, and the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. He had the opportunity to work with internationally renowned conductors such as Lorin Maazel, Ronald Zollman, Jorma Panula, Dominique Rouits, Mikail Jurowsky, Nicolas Pasquet, Jorge Rotter, Giancarlo Andretta, Georg Christoph Sandmann, Wolfgang Doerner and George Pehlivanian. Prize winner in several international piano competitions, he was awarded a five years’ full scholarship offered by the Regione Autonoma della Sardegna, and he is supported by the Fondazione di Sardegna.
