I am a concert guitarist with an Italian master's degree in “classical guitar” at the Conservatorio di Musica (Music Academy) in Benevento, Italy. I have studied guitar for over 10 years and attended the master classes of the world-famous guitarist Edoardo Catemario for 6 years as a student. If music is a big part of your life, then most likely you thought about a way to express myself musically at some point. I will help you to achieve this by producing, composing, mixing and mastering music. I've been drumming for 11 years, played in pop, rock, jazz and metal projects and produced more than an hour of electronic music.

Folk or classical acoustic guitar. The teaching philosophy is adapted to the level of each individual, according to the pace of work and motivation. For example, for beginners: Technique of the plectrum or fingers, coordination and correction of the right and left hand. Learning basic chords, simple themes, simple rhythms, reading tablatures (...). For intermediaries: development of rhythm, construction of chords, writing of tablatures, basic notions of harmony (...). Depending on your goals, you can learn, if you wish, to play 60 to 80% of current music from the first lessons, which often use the same chords and the same techniques. My name is Roman and I have been a composer of electronic music for about ten years. A multi-instrumentalist, I began my musical adventure by playing the guitar and then the piano. After obtaining my Brevet d'Études Musicales, I trained in Computer-Assisted Music (MAO), composition, audio mixing and mastering techniques. I work on Ableton Live software. The kanun is an instrument of the zither family, used historically in various cultures including Arabic, Armenian, Turkish and Greek. I am a professional performer and hold a Bachelor's degree in Musicology from the University of Ioannina (Greece), specializing in the kanun. I am also currently a Master's student at the University of Macedonia (Greece) where I will be researching novel orchestrations of Greek art music of the 1960s, using the kanun. In the lesson we will be focusing on technique, repertoire (mainly Greek and Ottoman), makam theory and elements of taksim improvisation. The level and pace of lessons will completely adapt to the needs and interests of each student.
