In order to discuss the theory, see if the concepts are well assimilated, because it is fundamental before doing exercises so as not to get mixed up. I try to bring the maximum of visual representations, I personally find that we remember and understand better when we visualize what we do. Then a lot of exercises. Maths and physics are subjects in which it is essential to practice as much as possible in order to see "all" the scenarios and develop techniques.
