Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

Crochet is a handicraft through which you can create many wonderful masterpieces, using a needle, thread and a set of rules that I will teach you. These rules are easy and simple, they need you to focus and a lot of practice. Crochet helps control anxiety, clears your mind and opens doors to a world full of geometric and color creations.

These online workshops offer opportunity for arrival, expansion and connection through a combination of meditation, movement and story-making exercises. Each workshop lasts 90 minutes and a typical session may include stretching and movement exercises, improvisation games, collaborative storytelling and guided meditation. Each session offers the opportunity for experiencing and practicing grounding (being connected to our present space and time) and offers us connection with our imagination, with our creativity and with the others in our group. In this module I tutor in biology on a middle school to high school to college level, depending on what is required by the student.
