Customized handpan / tongue drum / hang drum lessons

I mainly teach drums to children who want to learn to play the drums. The youthful enthusiasm is worth its weight in gold. Of course I also teach adults. The lessons are tailor-made and adapted to what you want to achieve. Starting with basic techniques and rhythms, tips and tricks in combination with scores if desired. I have been playing drums for 35 years and studied jazz at higher school. I also have a lot of band and stage experience. The time and duration of the lessons can be tailored to your preference. Lessons of 30 minutes or 60 minutes determine the distance. The lessons are at the student's home.

Provided I follow my master's diploma tuba (euphonium), master percussion as well as master trombone, I can teach different instruments. During the lessons there is the choice to implement solfège or to keep only the instrument technical. I work very constructively and I like to listen to the wishes / goals of the student. Trained at the conservatory, then at the Progressive Drum School, I then sought to improve myself by taking private lessons from references such as Loïc Pontieux, Franky Costanza, Kevin Reveyrend or Franck Aghulon. I have taught drums and music theory to students of all ages, all levels and in different contexts: recreational practice, exam preparation, putting on shows. I have also conducted musical workshops for organizations such as youth centers, elementary or nursery schools, and social centers, for projects ranging from musical awareness to the production of shows or music videos. I therefore have very comprehensive teaching experience and know how to adapt to different audiences. Now being a full-time professional musician, I also want to share my professional experience with students. During my teaching career I have questioned myself a lot about the problem of the teaching method because there is no single model of student and giving a course is not just giving a list of exercises. So I try to understand the student and advise him on the best method and the best pace of practice.
