I teach mathematics (all levels from primary to university), German (I am bilingual, I have a German diploma and experience in translation and secondary education, in high schools and schools professional). I teach English (I have 2 degrees and experience in translation, working in English, teaching in secondary and high schools, presentations in English, business and economic English, International English I teach economics because I have a doctorate in economics and a Masters in statistics, and because I have taught economic branches (law, economics, accounting, statistics, finance, econometrics) at secondary, post-compulsory, private, HES and university level Skype lessons possible!

Ich habe einen Masterabschluss in Germanistik der Universität Bern und bin diplomiert von der University of Cambridge. Nebst meiner Erfahrung als Übersetzer habe ich auch Erfahrung im Unterweisen von Studenten, und im Sprachunterricht für Flüchtlinge. Und auch meine tschechische Freundin erfährt Unterricht von mir. Das alles nicht bloss in Englisch und Hochdeutsch, sondern auch im Kontext des Verstehens Schweizer Dialekte. Ich habe also einen breiten Wissens- und Erfahrungsschatz im Umgang mit allen möglichen sprachlichen Hintergründen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass es bei jeder Sprache am einfachsten ist, sie zu erlernen, wenn man die Individualität des Schülers respektiert und die Eigenheiten seiner Muttersprache. Dabei fokussiere ich mich darauf, die Gemeinsamkeiten herauszuarbeiten. Mein akademischer Hintergrund in Linguistik ist da sicherlich behilflich. Ich bin ein Vertreter eines persönlichen Ansatzes und würde somit zuerst mit dir zusammensitzen und besprechen, was deine Ziele sind, deine Fähigkeiten und Wünsche. I am a student at the Bienne gymnasium. My goal is to teach or improve a language such as French or English. But also to make people like branches such as science which are often not appreciated by students or children.

Classes for children, teenagers, young adults and adults. Different programs according to the level of the student. We can discuss the needs of the person concerned together and determine the objectives of the course. I can give this lesson at my own home (in Bern) if necessary, or I can travel (regions and surroundings of Bern, Friborg and Biel). There is also the possibility of following the course by webcam (for example on Zoom).
