Italian classes form a native speaker towards all levels

I was born in Florence (Italy) 39 years ago and I have been teaching my own mother tongue pure Italian language ever. I started teaching Italian 12 years ago. I worked for private language schools in Madrid when I was living there. I teach children and adults, group and private lessons. My lessons are tailored to fit the level and the needs of my students. I always make sure that my students are in a positive environment and feeling properly. My, is the funny and easy way to learn and speak Italian.

- I'm a professional Italian teacher from Italy, now living in Rome. I have 10 years teaching experience. I am very patient and I love to make a relaxed and friendly class environment. I have qualifications and experience teaching at different levels and in different contexts. I can help the student to improve the oral, written, and comprehension skills. Most important is that each course is based on the needs, interests and availability of the student. - The method is mainly what is called communicative, aimed at stimulating the student to speak immediately and put the focus on the functional aspect of the language. For beginners, I usually follow a specific program, I prepare a course and for each lesson I send students the files that I scan from the various books. Also the lessons can be essentially developed as conversations on specific subjects.

Depending on your current level and my skills, I will be able to help you learn the following languages until you reach the level below: - French -> confirmed - English -> intermediate (fluent) - Italian -> beginner The aim is to learn through various exercises in the form of games or repetition (dictation, reading of text, discussion, etc.)

As an Italian Opera singer, I help since many years singers with the right pronunciation of the repertoire they sing, helping them in shaping the language in a clear way, which also helps the singing. Our lesson will involve speaking, pronunciation exercises and singing. We will start the lesson by reading the text and finding the right direction and emphasis. We will focus on the sounds and how to produce them. In the second part of the lesson, we will apply all of the above to the singing!

Today I got the Linguistic Maturità, with curricula in French, English and Spanish. For 5 years I continue to study different languages, in different languages: French, English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. The course is aimed at a wide range of students with a general interest in Italian. No prior knowledge of Italian is required as the course is for complete beginners. Objectives of the course: To acquire basic language skills and to achieve the equivalent of A1 level. A communicative approach is used. I like to personalize each class/course according to the needs and goals of my students. My classes are focused on improving the student's communication skills. At beginner and lower intermediate levels, I prefer using a text book/ student book in the first part of the class. I usually use "Nuovissimo Progetto Italiano" and "Arrivederci" by Edilingua, or "Nuovo Espresso" and "Dieci" by Alma Publishing. For the second part of the lesson, I create engaging contents using original videos, press articles, extracts from blogs and social media, literary texts. If the students do not feel comfortable using Italian from scratch, I can switch to English, German, or Dutch. The course fee includes the correction of home assignments.
