I am a professional cellist from Manchester, U.K. My places of study include the 3 top institutions in England; Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester, Royal College of Music in London and Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. I have given concerts as a soloist and ensemble member all around England for many prestigious events and engaged in masterclasses all over the Europe, however now I am based in Frankfurt and I would love to meet and work with some wonderful students! I am an enthusiastic teacher of all ages, focusing on students individually to help achieve their true potential.

I offer flexible violin lessons for all ages and levels. As a musician with a master’s degree and many years of experience in playing in ensembles, as well as as a soloist, I would like to design the lessons individually in order to learn new skills effectively and with fun, to build up a basic knowledge of music theory, to learn new music independently and to make music to get to know for two. Due to the current situation, I also offer lessons via Zoom or Skype! A trial lesson is of course possible and free of charge.

Hello! I’m a professional violinist/violist currently living in Frankfurt. I have a Bachelors and Masters Degree in violin performance from the Eastman School of Music and am currently playing in an ensemble academy in Frankfurt. I have around 10 years of teaching experience using the Suzuki method as well as other method books. I have taught many students from age 3 through adults at all levels. I adapt my teaching to the needs of each individual student and make sure that my students are learning about music theory, note reading, and music history as well.

Music is the basic essence of all emotions and expressions. By learning it, we can admire and understand its beauty and enormity. My objective is to share the knowledge in Carnatic music that I have gained over all these years with the same passion that I learned it with. My teaching techniques involve discussing theories, understanding ragam, talam, and its built, and appreciation of Carnatic, light and film music creations. I would teach and encourage my students to listen to the previously created music and discuss its intricacies. You can learn from the basics to the advanced level along with vocal exercises and breathing exercises required for the music practice. You can get trained to perform in open-stage concerts and competitions as well.

Many people are passionate about music, but have they ever studied it in their lives? With this course I offer music theory, transverse and recorder classes for all levels, from the youngest to the oldest. The course can be adapted to each student and their preferences when it comes to learning. From getting to know the history of music a little better, learning to read sheet music, learning more about harmony, analyzing compositions or learning a new instrument. These are some of the options but I am always open to students and their preferences.

After completing my Bachelor's degree in violin at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, I did a year of Erasmus at the Robert Schumann Hochschule Düsseldorf, in Germany. From September, I will start my Master at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen. Discovering new ways of learning is very important to me. I like to seize opportunities and meet inspiring musicians during Masterclasses in Belgium and abroad. Perseverance and work, while respecting oneself, are for me the keys to long-term progress. Learning music with kindness is the most important thing for me. I adapt to the needs and desires of each student, so that the process is personalized and motivating. The idea is to have the basic notions to be able to work a string organic. You will study how to write for each string instrument: violin, viola, cello and double bass. Also how to work together, whether for a trio, quartet or thinking about a larger organization like an orchestra.

I have almost finished studying at the Conservatory in Utrecht classical violin. I already have a teaching certificate after finishing Suzuki course level 1.
