Student of Architecture in Paris and graduate of a License in Building and Urbanism, I give this course with the objective of helping anyone to make the designs, 2D and 3D plans of buildings or for any architectural and urbanistic project. My goal is to advance the learner without overloading it. I give exercises to do alone after each lesson. This course is for anyone wanting to learn how to draw buildings and for all building professionals, ie architects, building engineers, building technicians, construction and architecture students. In this course you will learn how to make plans of mass, situation, distribution, sections, perspective sections, axonometries, facades, etc. You will learn a variety of things that will be useful in your future design work. I am a 3rd year undergraduate student, and am an advanced Sketchup 3D user. I will tech all the skills and shortcuts to become a fast and advanced user and will also include tips and tricks to make the model look better, and well rendered. I will also include lessons in rendering the sketchup model through Photoshop, Illustrator and VRAY!

Prestressed concrete is a type of concrete in which certain stresses are applied to the concrete before it is subjected to any load or pressure during its use in construction. This is usually done by tensioning steel wires or rods into the concrete using special devices, and then the concrete is held in a prestressed position. Then, when loads are applied to the concrete during its use, these initial stresses enhance its ability to carry loads better. Advantages: Increased endurance: Helps to withstand heavy loads and high pressures. Reduce cracks: It helps reduce cracks that may appear as a result of heavy loads. Use less material: It can help reduce the amount of concrete and steel required compared to regular concrete. Greater resistance to tension: Prestressed concrete is more resistant to tensile forces than regular concrete. Uses: Bridges: Commonly used in bridges, where concrete must withstand huge loads. Tunnels: Also used in the construction of tunnels and underground passages. High-rise buildings: They may be used in the construction of tall buildings that require high load-bearing capacity.

I am a young architect and urban designer, and completed my masters this year at Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism, .I am an advanced softwear user, and I am interested to spread my knowledge about the softwears I am specialised at. This class is for architecture students or architects, who are interested in learning the basics of ArchiCad,Revit... but also more advanced ways of using this softwear. Archicad ,Revit is becomming a very popular softwear, that is used more and more in the architecture studios and offices from Netherlands. In case you are willing to do an internship in a studio that uses ArchiCad, and you have never used it before, this course is the perfect way to get introduced, and be sure that you will be ready to start your internship properly. Other than ArchiCad, Revit I can also teach Adobe Photoshop, designing and architecture, and give guidance to modelmaking.
