How do I start a photo project? How do I make a good edit? How do I make an exhibition? How do I make a photo book? How do I prepare/register for a grant? The best way to learn is by doing. My method of teaching is based on what the student requires and wants to learn. Together we look at what you want to learn or what you want to experiment in. These can be the technical aspects of photography, the structure of a project, or, for example, the making of a photo book. It is therefore important to tailor the lessons to the student's goal. An interesting perk is that I have a network of photographers and designers who might also come in handy. Don't have a photo project in mind yet? Then I have very nice assignments that can inspire you to find your way as a photographer. About me: I am a photographer who graduated from the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague. I also used to teach photography in both the bachelor's and master's programs at the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague. I have extensive experience in curating exhibitions and creating photography projects and exhibitions as you can see from my CV below. Additionally, I am a co-founder of Baobab Magazine, where we collaborate with students to produce a photography magazine. Through this venture, I have gained valuable experience in organizing exhibitions, workshops, and publications.

I have given countless courses and master classes: from Moscow at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory to Helsinki, from Tokyo to Los Angeles, from Warsaw to Cheng Dou. I had a guest professorship in Korea. Every human is unique. In my lessons, I try to use my wealth of experience to convey the joy of music, but also the necessary knowledge to master the instrument.

Hallo, mein Name ist Pia und ich bin Flötistin :) Ich habe mit 8 Jahren angefangen, Flöte zu lernen, es hat mir sofort gefallen und so habe ich nach der Musikschule mein Studium am Konservatorium in Maribor (Slowenien) fortgesetzt, danach habe ich an der Kunst Universität Graz studiert und 2024 habe ich meinen Bachelor an der Gustav Mahler Privatuniversität in Klagenfurt abgeschlossen. Dort habe ich einen Abschluss in Konzertfach und einen Abschluss in Instrumentalpädagogik gemacht. Während meines Studiums absolvierte ich auch einen Spezialisierungskurs in Alter Musik mit dem Hauptfach Traversflöte. Daher biete ich auch Unterricht für Anfänger auf diesem schönen Barockinstrument an. Während meines Studiums hatte ich einige Privatschüler, mit denen ich die Klänge der Flöte und verschiedene Genres (Klassik, Pop, Jazz, Volksmusik, Improvisation usw.) erkundet habe. Mein Unterricht ist entspannt und kommunikativ, voll von gemeinsamem Musizieren. Der Unterricht kann auch online stattfinden. Anfänger sind ebenso willkommen wie diejenigen, die ihre Kenntnisse vertiefen oder nach einiger Zeit wieder mit dem Flötenspiel beginnen möchten! :)

I am studying cello performance at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. I have 14 years of experience with the cello. I am a prize winner at many international competitions. I would like to share with you how to understand well with this beautiful instrument and my thoughts in the musical world!

I am an Italian pianist, I graduated at F. Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest. I offer piano accompaniment to instrumentalists and singers. Being Italian my native language, I may support singers with pronunciation for the Italian Opera repertoire. Aside having a large experience in accompanying vocalists, I have an extensive background in chamber music, I have performed several times in Duo, Trio, Quintet, and I have accompanied string players for auditions, competitions and masterclasses in many different occasions. Rehearsals may take place in English, French or Italian language (basic German).

I offer both practical and theoretical lessons on the subject of composing electronic music, tailored to the individual needs and interests of the student. Rose is a classical cellist from Australia with extensive teaching experience and cello performance qualifications. She is currently studying her Master's in Cello Performance at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien. Rose has worked as a private cello teacher since 2014. In 2019 she was the Residential Music Tutor at Janet Clarke Hall, the University of Melbourne, and in the same year completed her Bachelor of Music (Honours) degree in Cello Performance, graduating with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne Conservatorium of Music. In 2020 she was a Lead Teaching Artist with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra's outreach program, and in 2021 she relocated to Vienna to pursue her Master's degree at the MDW. Rose has experience teaching students of all levels and ages, and offers lessons in both English and German.

My name is Weronika, I graduated from the Koninklijk Conservatory in Den Haag. I have been playing the violin since I was 7: from classical music to improvised style. To develop skills as a musician I was learning about music theory, harmony and music history for many years. I'd be happy to give you more depth in these subjects. I studied sound engineering, I teach how to use DAW programs (ProTools / Ableton / Logic / Garage Band). Playing the piano is my passion! I am currently studying music education with the main instrument piano at the MDW (Music and Performing Arts Vienna). For many years now, I have been teaching children and adults of all levels with great pleasure. My teaching methods are very creative and don't just involve playing by grades. This creative drawing course uses still life or abstract elements as a visual prompt through which participants can unlock their own creativity and learn to think like an artist. Over the course of the week will focus on technique and materials in a practical, hands-on class- combining traditional Life Drawing practices with experimental drawing ideas and mediums.

I have experience with students of all ages and I believe that there is no right age to start learning to play an instrument. I adapt my lessons to the objectives and tastes of each student.
