Our tongues are muscles! And for non-native English speakers, we need to understand and practice to make proper sounds to speak English more clearly. Please note, I will not teach grammar. The goal of this class is not to sound like a native speaking American or British, the goal is to speak English clearly with a neutral accent easily understandable by anybody. Over the years, I have worked with international students, corporate clients, scientists, business entrepreneurs, and translators to enhance their communication skills regarding clarity, intelligibility, confidence, accuracy, and vocabulary range. I encourage the student to speak as much as possible by using a variety of techniques to provide material to talk about, using everyday vocabulary. I am extremely patient and have experience teaching learners from all over the world and therefore understand particular pronunciation difficulties. I provide a lot of help with common problems encountered, using, for example: tenses, phrasal verbs, and word order in sentences. Germán
Germán is a great teacher and also fun to work with. He first carefully diagnoses strengths and weaknesses and then designs tailored exercises around the learning needs and gives concrete feedback and shares vocabulary tips. If you search someone to better understand homework/grammar exercises or someone for stand-alone private classes, German is your guy for both. He can explain grammar or improve conversational skills. Before our private lessons, I took courses at the Cervantes institute and my professor there also respected him a lot for his teaching methods and knowledge.

The teacher is very professional and patient ~ the class is very relaxed and fun. The content of the class is very substantial. I had booked Emma to help to improve my children’s English. We had 3 hours of English lessons for 4 days in a row for our three children (10/12/14 years old) and participate ourselves. Emma made it fun for them to learn and took individual care of the different need. Our children and also Mum & Dad enjoyed a lot.
