Arabic language teacher with extensive experience in online and in-person education for all levels, Egyptian, Gulf and international curricula, as well as extensive experience in Egyptian international schools and languages. Our degrees are: BA in Arabic Language from Ain Shams University, MA in Arabic Language from Dar Al-Ulum, Cairo University, and Diploma in Education from Kafr El-Sheikh University.

For the past two decades, I've had the privilege of tutoring in both French and English. My students have ranged in age, background, and origin, spanning children, teenagers, adults, professionals, and even seniors aged 85 and above. You might wonder why I teach both languages. Well, I am bilingual, with American and Swiss/French roots, and I currently reside in Ireland. This unique blend of experiences equips me with a strong and relevant teaching approach. My teaching journey began during my time studying social work in French-speaking Switzerland. Even after graduating and embarking on a full-time career, I couldn't bear to give up this rewarding activity. I cherished the opportunity to connect with diverse individuals and assist them in achieving their language goals. In my teaching methodology, interactivity takes center stage. I employ a variety of engaging learning tools, including photos, newspaper articles, music, videos, and more. My approach is highly adaptable, with a focus on addressing each student's unique priorities. Some seek to refine their pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary, while others require assistance with presentations or speeches for school or work. Some simply aspire to acquire a new language to enrich their general knowledge. I also specialize in teaching younger children, a testament to my educational background and experience. Mastering the language of Molière, both beautiful and complex, is not easy even for native speakers. This is why I offer French as a foreign language courses that are more focused on oral practice, but always coupled with a theoretical basis. I adapt to the pace and preferences of each person, on the topic of conversation that interests them. For beginners, I suggest starting with everyday vocabulary, expressions of standard French and/or specific to the country. For the more advanced, we can start discussions on a subject that fascinates them from their language to French.

I believe in a personal approach, thus I would sit down with you and figure out what your goals are, your strengths, and your resources, either in person or via online tutoring. I've been doing this style of tutoring for about 10 years, with good success. I have a master's degree in German Studies, and I am C2 proficient in English.
