Trusted teacher: I am a freelance opera, platform and choral singer (Roles include Tamino [magic flute] Nemorino [l'elisir d'amor] and Don Ottavio [Don Giovanni] alongside many world premiers). I can teach vocal technique, opera and concert repertoire and sight-reading skills for budding choral scholars and choral society members. If you enjoy singing and want to improve some of your fundamental skills or impress other members of your choral society with your newfound ability and repertoire this course is for you. I'm happy to teach regularly or one-off lessons, and will teach online during the COVID-19 outbreak.

I consider myself an intermediate level singer (have had four years of opera training) so listening to feedback was challenging from a new observer. It was only the first lesson so I need to do more to gauge our compatibility but he definitely seems knowledgeable about voices and ways to improve just based off of a few sounds, which I found interesting and impressive. I articulated my goals and he believes he can help me get there. He is direct and to the point - also a quality I appreciate. We'll see. But so far so good ;)
