I myself am still preparing for major competitions, concerts and festivals. During my bachelor studies I also followed a minor in education. Hello! My name is Marcos, I am a clarinetist and I live in Brussels. I offer private lessons in person (they can be at your place or mine) or online. I have experience as a teacher for the last few years with children, adults, individual and group classes. Professional or amateur level. Daniel, originally from Madrid, Spain, completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees with distinction at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. He then continued his education for an additional year at the Barenboim-Said Academy, where he concentrated on music education and performance. With a passion for teaching, Daniel has been providing private piano lessons since his undergraduate years. He has shared his expertise at Conservatories, Music Schools, and International institutions throughout the UK, Spain, Germany, and Belgium. At present, Daniel conducts private lessons at his studio in Antwerp, offering online sessions as well. With over two decades of teaching experience, he caters to students of all ages. He prepares students for Trinity and ABRSM grade examinations while also being adaptable to meet individual learning objectives. His lessons encompass ear training, sight reading, and solfege. Daniel is eager to assist you in enhancing your skills in any musical genre you enjoy. For those focusing on technique and posture, he draws on his 20 years of experience as a performing concert pianist.

The content of the lessons is adapted to the needs and wishes of each student. It is possible to follow a combination of music theory and instrument, or only focus on one aspect. Depending on the student's goal, the level, teaching method and music styles are adjusted and personalized in consultation. Together we will look at what your learning needs are and which method suits you best. I am familiar with different styles for both harp and piano, from classical music (baroque, impressionism, classicism, romanticism and contemporary music), to folk music, jazz standards, pop songs or minimalist music. Master Ed gives tailor-made individual music lessons in a relaxed atmosphere. This can be done in his workspace in Antwerp or at your home if you live within a radius of 2 km from Antwerp Central Station. All levels and all ages are welcome, including absolute beginners! Master Ed is structured, but flexible: he personally guides you in your style (from rock to classical to improvisation) with the approach that suits you best. You don't have to come to class every week, or even on the same day.

As a pianist and teacher, I have years of teaching experience at private and public schools throughout Croatia. My main music education and training I got in Zagreb (Croatia) and Vienna (Austria). In 2020 I graduated in the discipline of the piano as 'Master in music' at the ‘Academy of Music’ in Zagreb. I am familiar with performing the classical repertoire as well as modern 20th and 21st-century music. In 2020 I had been selected as a pianist to represent the composition of Belgian composer Gillis Sacré at a composition competition in Vienna. In 2016 I took part in a euphony project and performed on a concert tour in Slovenia, Hungary, Austria and Croatia. Later I further developed myself on numerous piano and chamber music masterclasses with pedagogues Ruben Dalibaltayan, Vera Vaidman, Andrea Padova, Ratko Delorko, Đuro Tikvica among others. Between 2019 and 2022 I was connected as a professor at the ‘Ivan Matetić Ronjgov’ music school at the department on the island of Rab in Croatia.

I have been playing the piano for around 6 years. Since it is not my main instrument, I have had to find ways of learning it on my own already as an adult. Therefore, I have developed my own method to understand how the instrument works, which works especially well with beginners. I truly love the piano and I love seeing how passionate my students get when they learn how to make music with this instrument.
