I am a professional violinist, graduated from Music Academy in Lodz (Poland). I have 5-years-long teaching experience gained while working in a music school in Poland as a violin teacher and giving private lessons. Currently I am improving my knowledge at the University of Arts in Bern in Master Music Pedagogy. I offer private violin classes in Bern for all levels and all ages. If you like music and want to learn how to play violin or you need help in improving your skills, I would be happy to work with you! The lessons can take place at Hochschule der Künste (HKB - Bern Breitenrain) or in a student's place. Lessons available in English, German or Polish.

Whether you are a complete beginner, or you want to continue your musical journey, we can find the path that best suits you! I have been teaching violin and music in general for the past 7 years working, with every kind of student, from children to adults, professional and amateur, beginner and not. I am a very patient teacher and I always try to find many different material and new stimuli to exercise and stay motivated. The goal is to give you the tools to express yourself through music, expand your skills and musical imagination, having fun in the process. I completed my musical studies in Italy, but I had the chance to spend some time studying and playing in Belgium and Austria too. Alongside teaching, I play in orchestras and ensembles and I also continued studying, getting a master degree in baroque violin.

As part of my program, you will get to know and explore: - Fundamentals: reading violin music, proper posture, intonation, scales, solfeggio, techniques and other exercises. - Violin Technique: correct posture, holding of the violin and the bow, finger and bow techniques through various exercises. - Pitch and Rhythm: recognize and notate pitches on all strings, experience diverse rhythms and meters. - Musical Vocabulary: basic musical terms and symbols. - Making music: learning to express your musicality through understanding form, dynamics, tempo and phrasing. - Repertoire: literature of various composers, understanding their style and of the epoch of theirs.
