Music is a language and we use it to communicate composers' message through our interpretation. Our favorite musicians seem to be able to do this with such ease, but perhaps it is not always easy and fun for us. This is where I come in! I would like to show you many more ways to enjoy, to love, to be swept away by the music, and ultimately making violin playing easy. Whether you need a main teacher or just an extra help with your practice or preparation for concerts/auditions, I'm happy to assist! A bit about me: I was born in Thailand, but spent most of my musical life in the USA. I'm primarily a performer (founding member of Zorá Quartet), but love teaching. I have had the fortune of working and performing with many world class musicians and I'm eager to share what I've learned with you! I have been teaching piano for over 20 years now. I trained at the Royal College of Music after winning a junior scholarship, where I spent 8 years studying piano, cello, music theory and choral music. My aim is for my students to enjoy the rewards and challenges of learning by making lessons fun and accessible. Each lesson is tailored to the individual needs of my students. I teach ABRSM grades and all styles of music from complete beginner to advanced level.

I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduate from Codarts Rotterdam in both directions) with many years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. Hey! My name is Richard and I give private lessons to all levels. For guitar, it is important that you can improve yourself in a pleasant environment in a fun way where your interests are central. Do you want to delve deeper into a certain style? Do you want to create your own sound on your guitar using amps, and pedals, ...? I can help you with all that! Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example. The lessons would take place at my home in Mol or via webcam. If necessary, we can always agree on something else.
