Photography classes online and/or offline (Basics and Intermediate)

As an intermediate photographer who loves teaching, I make learning photography easy and fun for beginners. I focus on the basics like how to use your camera and understand important terms. In my classes, you'll get hands-on experience taking pictures and learn cool tricks with different lights and compositions. I believe practice makes perfect, so we'll do lots of fun activities. I also share my own experiences to help you get creative and find your own style. I'll teach you simple editing tricks too, so you can make your photos look even better. Overall, my goal is to make photography enjoyable and help beginners feel confident and inspired behind the lens!

Max is a visual programming language to create audio (and video) art. Almost like with LEGO, you connect different building blocks with each other and create an audio (or video) circuit. I have years of experience in making programs in Max and want to share this knowledge. I start from the basics and make sure that the programming is also theoretically substantiated: I want you not only to put something in, but also to understand why something works. That extra knowledge helps you work faster as you move forward. For a program that focuses more on audio, I use Ableton. I have been using this program for my own music production for about ten years and know the program inside out.

If you are stuck with a design project, be it a house, a public building, a landscape, or even a piece of the city, I am here to help! I have three years of experience in teaching at the university level, and I am always keen to work with you on the conceptual, artistic, and technical dimensions of your design projects no matter the scale. I can also work with you to acquire foundational design skills and prepare you for future studies. Together we will touch upon: 1- The design process and tools. (e.g. conceptualizing, sketching, modelling, contextualizing, mapping, diagramming) 2- Aesthetic and practical considerations (e.g. expression, quality, human perception, climate, sustainability) 3- The spatial experience and how to materialize it (e.g. space and structure, flow and movement, materiality, detailing) 4- the modes of architectural drawing and visualization (e.g. plans, sections, elevations, axonometrics, perspectives, collages, layouts) 5- Relevant softwares (e.g. AutoCAD, Rhino3D, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

After creative writing, when we reach the visual process, the introduction and guidance for the practical skill of the desired medium will be offered. I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract. My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance.
