Singing and making music are a lot of fun, but not the easiest thing... no matter which level you're at. For this, one needs energy, concentration and, above all, patience. But who succeeds in making progress finds that it's the best feeling ever to make music while using you best potential. That's what I can help with. You sing all the time, but you want to improve your technique? Or you're a complete beginner and you want to get a taste of this intriguing music world? You're already singing in a band but you feel like your voice is getting tired easily, or that you need some tricks for finding notes? Then I can definitely help you, no matter your age or your style of music. My goal with this course is that you find your hobby easier and even more fun than it is already. I'm currently finishing my master's degree in opera singing at the MUK and I use my knowledge to sing pop, jazz, funk... and so on, accompanied by my guitar/keyboard. Hi fellow cellist, You have chosen to play the most wonderful instrument there is. I have been playing the cello for almost two decades and I can tell you it is a beautiful and rewarding journey, and I would not be where I am today without a group of extraordinary teachers and mentors that have been with me along the way and shared their wisdom and experience with me. Now it is my turn to share. I have been teaching for a few years and I love watching my students develop, enjoy the cello, learn new things, and become better at expressing themselves in the universal language of music. Whether you are a complete beginner or an intermediate/advanced level player, I would be happy to offer my guidance and perspective on anything you want to work on and improve. Studio Policy This policy is in place to protect the student, the parent of the student, and the teacher and serves to ensure that lessons run smoothly. Lessons/Payment: Students may enroll in lessons at any time. Lessons will take place at the teacher’s studio in Vienna, Austria. Online lessons are facilitated using Skype/Facetime/Zoom. Tuition is paid monthly and is calculated by multiplying the lesson rate by 4 weeks (3 or 5 weeks for certain months). Additional lessons are allowed based on the teacher’s availability. If I am traveling for a big portion of the month, I will let you know in advance, so that the tuition for that month is multiplied by the number of weeks I will be at home. Single lessons in the form of a consultation or master class are available if you are not ready to commit to a monthly package. If you have special circumstances that prevent you from taking weekly lessons or traveling to my studio, please contact me directly and I will do my best to accommodate your situation. Tuition is to be paid at least 24 hours in advance of the first lesson of each month. Tuition is payable through Apprentus. For the consultation/single lesson, a one-time lesson fee is to be paid at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson. Your timely payment serves as a confirmation of our time agreement. If I do not hear from you nor get the payment at least 24 hours before the lesson, I reserve the right to reschedule and/or cancel the scheduled lesson. Tardiness: The student will contact the teacher by phone if they expect to be late for a scheduled lesson. If a student arrives after their scheduled lesson time has begun, the teacher will complete the lesson in the remaining portion of the time slot. Additional time for student tardiness is not guaranteed. If the teacher arrives after a scheduled lesson has begun, the teacher will give additional time past the time slot to compensate for their tardiness with mutual acceptance of the student’s schedule. Rescheduling/Cancellations: Students must cancel/reschedule lessons by phone or email with at least 24-hour notice. Cancellations are considered excused for illness, family emergency, or severe weather (public school closures). Excused cancellations with sufficient notification will be given a make-up lesson within the month or lesson credit towards the following month. No-shows, cancellations without sufficient notification, or unexcused cancellations will not be given make-up lessons or lesson credits. The teacher may need to cancel a lesson due to illness or a family emergency and/or reschedule due to performance engagements or planned vacations. In this case, the teacher will provide a make-up lesson within the month or apply a lesson credit towards the following month. If desired, the make-up lesson can also be taken online via Skype. If a student cancels a re-scheduled make-up lesson, the lesson will be considered forfeited. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. If a make-up lesson is not possible, a lesson credit will be applied toward the following month. Copyright/class recordings: Lessons and seminars are considered intellectual property and may not be recorded (audio or video). The teacher is legally protected in case of a breach of this agreement. The teacher is entitled to immediate termination of the lesson/package without a refund if this rule is broken. The teacher is entitled to legal action in case of copyright infringement. Parental Involvement for younger students: I do not teach children below the age of 10 via Skype as they require hands-on work to form correct playing habits and posture. Students 10 years and younger must have a parent or guardian present at the lesson. The parent will take notes and act as the student’s “home teacher”. Parental involvement is welcomed and strongly encouraged for all students, but not required for students 10 years and older.

The lessons are mainly aimed at talented young cellists who are interested in taking their cello playing to a new and higher level. In the lesson, the student is taught technical skills, efficient practice, mental strength and enjoyment of the instrument using theoretical and practical examples.

If all goes well, we start practicing the trumpet. -I enjoy working with older people who want to try playing the trombone as a hobby.

Fun violin lessons for young beginners taught through the Suzuki method by an accredited Suzuki teacher through the Suzuki Association of the Americas. Varied music, and positive lessons to introduce young children to enjoying fun through playing the violin!

Playing the piano is my passion! I am currently studying music education with the main instrument piano at the MDW (Music and Performing Arts Vienna). For many years now, I have been teaching children and adults of all levels with great pleasure. My teaching methods are very creative and don't just involve playing by grades. Lessons for everyone - from children to adults and from beginners to advanced learners in a positive atmosphere and with fun. Most of the time I teach classical music, but pop songs and covers or your own pieces are also no problem :)

VOCAL lessons are divided into 2 parts - 1) Warmup Exercise and 2) Singing Exercise. We do both parts in every lessons. Ideally we spend every 2-3 sessions for each song. For kids, a 30-min online lesson / 45-min face-to-face lesson would be long enough for their attention. For adults, it's good to start with a 50-min online lesson! Also, we do music appreciation occasionally during the session. Some other learning materials like music videos are applied based on song choices.

My name is Nico and I am a professional musician based in Tilburg. I offer classical cello piano lessons for all levels and age. In these lessons, we will create goals on what you want to learn and the steps for it.
