As a former ballet dancer and teacher, I have a strong knowledge of anatomy, which I integrate into my teaching. I like to explain the theory behind the poses, helping you understand not just how to move, but why certain movements benefit your body.
I teach all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, and adjust the practice to fit your pace.
When it aligns with your goals and interests, I introduce breathwork and meditation, creating a more complete mind-body experience.
Each class is an opportunity to move with intention, learn, and develop a practice that truly works for you.
In my career as a ballet dancer I have danced soloist and principal roles in top-level European companies.
Today I love to share my skill and expertise with talented, motivated and open minded dancers of all ages and backgrounds.
The level I seek in a student is at least Intermediate. I am open to teaching in French, English, Spanish, German and Italian.
Classes with me are intense, interactive and always targeted towards areas of improvement to be established beforehand.
I teach both online and in person at my home ballet studio in Woluwe-Saint-Lamberts.
