About Me
I am Lola, trained in Somatic Coaching at the Embodiment Coach Institute in UK.I have trained extensively on the interrelationship of the body, emotion and thought, and how our nervous system expands in our body through the vagus nerve; so that our body is a true recipient of the environment, and of the information we receive.

All the arcana are related to everything and what I will show you and you will discover is what this relationship is like and how each relationship has a different frequency and resonance. We will dedicate the first classes to familiarizing you with the tarot, understanding its structure and how the arcana relate to each other. How the ancient language of the tarot represents the energies with which we move daily, such as creative, intellectual, emotional and material energy through the arcana and how its archetypal language works. Whether you are looking to increase flexibility, gain strength or feel more grounded in your everyday life, her classes will offer a space to take what you need on any given day. Hannah passionately believe that yoga is for everybody’s body and always give variations and modifications so the practice can be accessed by all. She also gives gentle offerings of assists, adjustments and breathing techniques that can be used on and off the mat.
