I usually teach math and economics in English to students who want to become scientists. I help write a good paper. As long as Corona is there, it is possible via Teams, Zoom, or Skype, but in principle, the lessons in my building are within walking distance of the Central Station.

I have experience preparing students for their exams (mathematics, physics, and chemistry). Science is an incredible discipline, without limits, to the point where it is possible to get lost in it. This course therefore proposes to work on the bases and knowledge of Maths - Physics - Chemistry and to make the link with the use of these in the real world. Understanding where and how science is used is essential to be able to learn and move forward. Being an engineering student of Arts et Métiers, I worked with sciences since small and I always had a certain facility which allowed me very quickly to explain how to advance to other people. This course also offers a rise in competence in the use of Excel which is essential for a lot of work in analysis and it is a real added value to know how to handle a minimum of Excel.

In this class i help students to organize their homework and help they get good prepared for exams. I find it very important to help a student with understanding the course but also to help them gain more confidence about what they can. Math, Physics and Chemistry are all Beta subjects. I focus on really understanding the courses instead of learning you a trick. It’s also about a lot of practicing with those subjects. I also give History. It’s important to understanding connections between events and why people choose to act in a certain way.

I specialize in teaching mathematics, arithmetic and Dutch (possibly negotiable subjects: English, history, geography and biology.) With these subjects I had great success at school. This class is for english speaking students that wish to enhance their performance in mathematics (mainly for high school). Calculus, Algebra, Functions, Probabilities will be the main topics covered. Regarding the study progress, exercises will be at first solved with me and progressively I will give the student autonomy. I believe that practice makes perfect (after learning the theory), therefore the goal is cover as many exercises as possible during class.
