I teach techniques that are going not only tu assure you never get injured while singing, but it will be a journey that can also help you research your own voice and enjoy the possibilities of your own instrument. I am a Japanese singer. I also sometimes give singing lessons at the Academy of Charleroi. I also give private lessons in Japanese. I have a singing education license (Tokyo, 2010). I can learn Classical, Pop and Contemporary music, as well as solfège.

As a vocal coach, I understand that it is important to develop a good vocal technique but also to develop self-confidence and mastery of oneself in order to be able to deliver the best of oneself in any situation. I deal with students of all levels and ages. I explore with them different musical fields according to their desires and affinities. My classes are a mix of technique, improvisation and practice. I am a songwriter, pop and jazz singer and voice teacher with 20 years of experience in music. I offer singing lessons at all levels. My classes focus on the development of bodily, muscular and vocal awareness which helps to perceive and consider our body as a musical instrument. My teaching method is the result of the synthesis of my experience as a singer and the many and diverse courses of study followed. The lesson is structured in two parts: the first half devoted to vocal technique, the second half to the musical repertoire and the learning of musical language (jazz or pop or other genre). The vocal technique that I propose is a basic technique for all types of modern singing: from postural education to the care of breathing, from the use of the abdominal muscles, to the emission of air up to the cavities of resonance. We will work on the sound, on the extension of the voice, on the high and low notes, on the passage of register, on the control, on the power and the agility. From a repertoire point of view, the course will be modeled on the needs or interests of the student, with an eye to the right attitude to hold while you sing and you are on a stage. I can prepare the student for the entrance exam to the conservatory and any form of audition. If the student wishes, I can give him notions of harmony and reading music.

Private lessons should be a source of pleasure above all else. I offer singing, conducting and musical training lessons at home for all levels and ages, from curious beginners to more experienced singers. The goal is to approach notions of vocal technique while working on the body and breathing. Several other aspects can be addressed such as notions of choir conducting or orchestra conducting. During a class, I start with a warm-up based on the body and breathing, then we tackle the piece of music to be worked on. Whenever possible, I accompany the songs on the piano, especially for pieces of contemporary music. The main point of my lessons is to take pleasure in discovering or rediscovering your voice while deepening your knowledge in a relaxed and caring manner.

This course is for all those who want to sing and whatever their level, age, history! The desire and the pleasure of singing must be the first motivation! Actress, singer and author I developed my musical practice (jazz singing, voice work, piano) parallel to my studies of theater at Insas and music at Lemmensinstituut. These lessons are made for beginners, intermediate singers who want to get deeper into their vocal possibilities. During the first half hour, we do a few vocal and physical exercises to warm up, discuss and identify what you want to improve or learn, and I am gonna give you keys and paths to reach your goals. The second half of the lesson is purely based on interpretation. I accompany you on the piano, and we sing the songs you chose. We try to work on different songs as often as possible to keep it as fun as possible ! I can also help you on writing/interpreting your own songs if you are into writing ! I also studied music for 5 years at the Conservatoire National à Rayonnement Régional of Nice, France.

I am a singer with 10 years of experience in Canada, Brazil and now Belgium. I can teach both intermediate and beginner students, with or without any prior knowledge of music. Lessons are practice-focused, with lots of exercises to get you started right away.
