My learning method revolves around two axes: TRUMPET LESSONS For students of all levels, from beginner to advanced, with or without knowledge of music theory, who wish to learn or improve, I offer trumpet lessons where the following aspects will be covered: - Basic notions (fingering, breath, use of the tongue) - Master and perfect your sound - Flexibility exercises (passing easily from low to high sounds) IMPROVISATION My conviction is that improvisation is within everyone's reach, you just need to integrate certain tools that I will be happy to send you! - Become familiar with and master all the ranges - Analyze the chord chart (harmony) of a piece in order to feel comfortable accompanying it on the trumpet - Improvise on different sound accompaniments, thanks to many different and modular musical recordings to learn "playing together" And to go further: I can help you choose and get started with the software I use to record music, and change the key or tempo of the recordings.

Graduated with a DEM (Diploma of musical studies) in classical saxophone, a Bachelor's degree in jazz saxophone and a License in Musicology from the Sorbonne in Paris. I am currently studying for a master's degree in jazz saxophone at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. I give lessons in saxophone, improvisation, jazz harmony, music theory. The lessons I offer are based on learning pieces adapted to the level of the student and his musical tastes, work on relaxation, ease and pleasure on the instrument, development of sound and sensations. playing. Both powerful and transversal, it allows both musical creation, mixing, mastering, live performances, sound design ... and much more. I will be your guide in the abyss of MAO, you will explore the depths of your sonic imagination and learn to vibrate the strings of your musical soul. This course will take place on ableton live 11. No hardware is required but it is recommended to have a version of ableton.

I’m a professional violinist and composer, originally from Portugal. I lived in London for 12 years and I hold a Master of Music degree in Violin and Composition for Screen from the Royal College of Music, London. I provide Violin, Music Theory, and Composition lessons. I have been teaching for over 10 years, both privately and in schools. I have helped dozens of students achieve their goals in music, many of whom achieved Distinction in their music exams. I have an extensive orchestral experience and I write music for film and TV. I prepare students for ABRSM, Trinity or any other music conservatory exam in Violin and Music Theory. I can help students learn how to read music and to understand how music works, as opposed to a memory-based approach most music teachers follow. I encourage my students to be creative and to experiment composing their own pieces. As a Siena Jazz University ex-student, studying free improvisation and/or non-idiomatic ways to compose and improvise music is also possible. Songwriting and composing is also a possible subject that could be treated at lessons.

We will discuss the technical bases of the trumpet for beginners or in more depth for experienced people. Gaining flexibility in range to be able to play as calmly as possible is for me the basis of things. I did classical studies and then specialized in jazz. The study of the classical method is of course possible, as is the work of jazz phrasing or even improvisation for those who want to start in this branch.

I have been teaching piano for over 20 years now. I trained at the Royal College of Music after winning a junior scholarship, where I spent 8 years studying piano, cello, music theory and choral music. My aim is for my students to enjoy the rewards and challenges of learning by making lessons fun and accessible. Each lesson is tailored to the individual needs of my students. I teach ABRSM grades and all styles of music from complete beginner to advanced level.

Both programs can be combined depending on the focus and the profile of the student, or in case the student would like to go deeper in one of the previously mentioned subjects there is the opportunity to take an independent course of specialization on the desired topic. At the end of the semester every student will perform at the winter and summer concerts held every year and will have the possibility of making a recording session with the material worked during the term. With this, the student will not only be able to see his progress and work, but also will give him a direct experience of performing and working on a live or studio recording session, which is a fundamental part of the developing process of every musician.
