My name is Virág, and I am a Visual Development Artist and Character Designer. I have honed my skills as a 2D illustrator and visual developer, working as both a character and background designer in the Netherlands. There, I contributed to a variety of projects, including music videos, informative animations, promotional videos, and posters. Notably, I worked on animated music videos for Spinning Records and Steve Aoki's '6OKI' animated music video series. While my primary focus is on the cartoon style, I have experience in a diverse range of styles, including corporate, whiteboard animation, realistic, and children's illustration. My journey in drawing began in my childhood, with experiences at places like 'Corvin Drawing & Design School' and 'Secondary School of Visual Arts, Budapest'. I’m excited to share my expertise on character design for animated clips, highlighting key aspects to consider during the design process, the various styles available, and how it all comes together on screen. I am a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a great experience in Architecture software. Photoshop is an important software, not only for Architects. I'm Strongly knowledgeable about all approaches of Photoshop. More than anything else, a Creative designer with a will for improving learners` productivity levels as well as improving learning experiences. I work with Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, and Revit in addition I can train you to use most graphic design applications.

Photoshop is used differently for painting and drawing than for photography retouching. I will show you how to use all the tools of the program, but I will also teach you how to think about game art, concept art and illustration, whether it is for character design, creature design, environment design or prop design. I will also teach you all the fundamentals that are essential in the industry, such as anatomy, perspective, colour and light, and composition. After graduating from l'École Émile Cohl with a bachelor specialised in Game Art, I have had the chance of working with more than 15 different studios of video games, board games, trading card games and tabletop RPGs, creating concept art and illustrations for them. Now an Art Teacher, I use my experience and skills both as an artist and as a teacher to share with you all my knowledge of the subject and of the industry.

User Interface design is crucial for an engagement feel between providers/services and customers. It presents digitally content meant to appeal to the user eye and comfortability. Without UI designing, it will be difficult to reach a larger geographic area as some of your interested clients may want to interact outside your territories. And how is it done? You need to learn the basics of designing an interface that will attract potential clients into your business market

We can learn a lot about typography by looking closely at good typography. Through looking you can identify what makes good typography work, and what elements contribute to a solid typographic 'system'. In this session, I will show you where to find excellent documents from the typography industry and share what you can learn from analysing these examples. Through this process of looking, you will learn to evaluate your typography and improve your work. You will look into the purposes of typographic elements (display titles, headings, reading text, detail type etc), and begin to understand how to control these elements to make good typographic design choices. The session can be tailored to your specific needs — whether you are at an intermediate or further level. When the opportunity arises, I can demonstrate how to implement certain typographic approaches in InDesign or Affinity Publisher. The session is 90 minutes — we will need this time for the session to be meaningful to you, and it will include a small starter presentation by myself to set the context for the remainder of the session. I'm sure that within this session several other areas relating to typography will emerge — further engaging you with a rich and deep field within design.

This class is for aspiring graphic design and art students that would like to enter an art&design school in Switzerland. I will teach you the basics of the composition, colour, editorial, how to approach the design brief, and also how to use the main tools (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator). I am currently a secon-year graphic design student at the Geneva school of art&design.
