I am a mathematician, philosopher and Persian teacher with a lot of experience, patience and passion. I give face-to-face and online classes to children and adults at different levels. The classes are personalized. According to your objective and taste I prepare the classes for you. I use various materials in both Spanish and English. I am Rubén, a recent PhD in Archaeology by the University of Leicester with extensive experience teaching in academia for the last 6 years. I have also taught Spanish to foreign students at from primary and secondary levels and higher education. I have taught American and UK students over the last seven years, whilst pursuing my studies in Spain and in the United Kingdom. I was recently awarded my PhD, through which I developed methodological aspects of teaching different types of public from different backgrounds. My experience to communicate to different types of audiences have been enhanced through my work as a contributing writer for the National Geographic History Magazine. In these classes you will be able to learn, depending on your choices...: - To recognise the main artworks of the Art world History. - To wander through the art of the Ancient World. - To identify the key aspects of historical periods. - To identify the main artworks and understand the sociocultural contexts of production. - To carry out iconographical analysis of specific artworks. - The Archaeology of Greece and Rome. The variety of topics and subjects we can cover will vary depending on the interest of the student. Sometimes it seems like unforeseen forces are holding you back from doing the things you dream of, maybe you've been feeling blocked, lethargic, listless or struggling with direction. These hurdles we often place in front of ourselves to stay safe, fear of failure is a common thing in creative subjects! In this course we will begin to look at the principles of creative play, technique, concept development, developing creative practise, 'red threads', portfolio curation, industry insights etc. Together we can tailor the course to your individual needs, this could be in the form of directly acquiring new technical skills through one on one painting tuition or developing an action plan to elevate you towards your goals.

The classes are adapted to the curricular content corresponding to the school year. Since last year the curriculum is mainly oriented towards competencies, so the classes will focus on this aspect of teaching. As a methodology I use teaching-learning strategies in which I give priority to the understanding of the content, for which schemes, summaries, mental maps are used and the use of ICT (information and communication technologies) is generalized.

I am a graduate in Fine Arts, currently studying a master's degree in Research in Art and Creation. My passion is teaching. This summer we will have fun painting, drawing and creating without limits. Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract. My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance.
