I have worked for 5 years now with high school kids interested in studying medicine in Italy (both in italian or English) I believe that the key for a successful preparation of a challenging test such as the medicine entrance exam is exercise, in fact I believe that is crucial to start the preparation with an adequate advance to gain confidence with the standard exercises we can find in the exam. My lessons are based on mock exams: we go through them together seeing what are the student's gaps and then reviewing the theory of those gaps. I also believe that my method I successful since I can relate to the fear and anxiety a student preparing such a stressful exam is living, having prepared it not so long ago. Every lesson we go through a subject so we can focus on the hardest topics in every subject.

Hi, my name is Batyrkhan, I am a student of Politecnico di Milano. Mathematics and Science are essential for the most of the majors nowadays and, therefore, knowing these subjects well is a great opportunity to study in a prestigious university and I can help to improve your Mathematics and Science level. As a highschooler, I had A* in Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science and Chemistry a lot during my middle school. Moreover, I study engineering now, so I use math and science every day of uni. Solution of this problem is simple and obvious, just to try other approach of teaching. So my first lesson is aimed at finding the key for the student. And every time my main approach is to build friendly relations with a student, so both of us will have willing to attend the next lesson:) It is very hard to keep this balance between being a strict teacher asking homework and a friend that you can text in the messenger outside the class just to discuss a football match. So I will try my best to get one more friend and successful student! The program of my course is flexible and depending on the final purpose (Preparation for the exam, improving marks in the school) and time that we have. My lessons are usually a little bit longer than one hour or two, because I always make 5-10 minutes break, because student might get tired (especially in case of online lessons). After every lesson, I give the Homework to the student and at the beginning of every next lesson we are checking results, making corrections and I ask to explain the solution, if needed. In my second year at AgroParisTech (France's leading agricultural engineering school) and coming out of two years of BCPST prep school, I learned the importance of having good working methods and finding one's own techniques for retaining information. It is these strategies that I want to share with students. I am a very good listener and I adapt easily, so I can follow the student's desires as well as the parents' expectations. For me, learning is possible when the student feels comfortable, so I will try to offer interactive, inclusive and light classes for the person in front.
