I have taught IELT's for the last 5 years and have taught hundreds of students in that time, with a focus on speaking in the lessons and writing, listening and reading as homework topics which we evaluate in the class.

I am a highly qualified Early Years teacher with 5 years teaching experience and a wealth of experience across KS1, teaching children who are learning English as a second language. I deliver fun, engaging and interactive lessons in helping children of a young age develop their phonics awareness, social and emotional skills, in addition to fine and gross motor skills. I am available to tutor online and in person. I gained valuable teaching experience in an International school working overseas in the UAE, teaching the UK letters and sounds programme. I worked with children from various backgrounds and gained experience teaching children who were learning English as an additional language along with children who had special educational needs. I currently work at a Pupil Referral Unit in Salford as a KS1 teacher but also have experience teaching KS2. I specialise in teaching Grammar, punctuation and spelling in English. I also specialise in teaching a wide variety of topics in Maths. I can gain access to academic content websites which will provide me with lesson plans and mark schemes for all our lessons. I am educated to degree level, having attained a first in Counselling & Psychotherapy studies. I also specialise in teaching children who are SEN or have behavioural issues and have a lot of experience working with and teaching these sorts of pupils.
