I offer piano lessons for all levels. 7 years of teaching experience in conservatories, music schools and in business. I have a very good contact with children. I am demanding but gentle and very patient. I believe that one learns by listening, I am present to allow this listening to be at the center of the course and thus accompany the student on the path of music. I adapt to the need, the desire and the receptivity of each one. The well-being of the student is essential for progress in confidence and joy. The development of listening to the inner song is at the heart of my teaching. For beginners: songs, games, improvisation, creation. The links with song and rhythm are very important to have a healthy foundation. The musical notions are approached gradually by experience then by recognition. Reading and writing are brought about by creation and musical composition. For the more experienced, polyphony and difficult passages can be approached with different tools, by awareness of harmony and melodic modes and polyrhythm. Sometimes it is enough to be aware of simplicity to overcome difficult passages. I push to go further in the quality of the interpretation with simple means to better understand the music and thus allow more expressiveness and freedom. I also offer improvisation, harmony, lessons in musical ensembles, especially vocal polyphony for children, and lessons for specific needs, for example just intonation for singers or other instruments.

Music is a valuable skill that aids learning in other fields too. I would teach basic music theory, and children's music, introducing basic music concepts. I have also attended a music conservatoire from Sept 2016- Aug 2021, playing the cello, and so can teach this for grades 1-3.

Music has always been a huge part of my life and I would be thrilled to pass on my knowledge. I studied music at university and have Grade 8 in both piano and vocals, but I have also performed in many different venues across the UK. I have helped previous students with stage-fright and anxiety with performing as well as aiding them learn their favourite songs on piano - and singing along at the same time. I can teach in many different piano styles from popular music to classical and I can also teach music theory. I have a deep passion for traditional, holistic yogic practises and I understand that large classes can be overwhelming. I have found that Yoga is very individual, and with gentle 1:1 guidance, has lots room for personal growth. I can teach poses, breathing techniques and meditation to help us feel the best we can. All my lessons will be tailored to each student, we will discuss together the goals of the practise, and provide the balance of learning, but also making it fun and enjoyable and a space to relax.

Guitarist, singer, songwriter, composer with 20 years of experience. I started to study guitar in 2002. After 6 months I started playing live music. I began to teach guitar in 2018, in London. I am specialized in beginners and children. You can choose online lessons (Skype, Zoom, FaceTime), or lessons at your home, in London. I can teach in Italian and in English. In the lessons the main lines of study are: - technique exercises to make your hands stronger; - songs suggested by me and songs that you like; - music theory. I am a professional pianist who has studied in St Petersburg Conservatory (in Russia) and at the moment work as a pianist, organist and concertmaster in different locations and I am willing to share my knowledge with people who have a passion for music. She was the baroque strings coach at the inaugural edition of the Novi Sad Baroque Academy, where she presented a mixture of teaching methods incorporated with historically informed performance practice. In October of 2021 she joined the Herne Hill Music Studio in London as one of their tutors. She enjoys teaching students of all levels and ages, and is always willing to exchange knowledge, seeking new exciting and productive ways of learning. She has explored educational psychology, as well as Feldenkrais and Alexander Technique, visualization and different teaching schools. Having studied 2nd-study piano at her music college as a compulsory requirement, she is able to guide children to take ABRSM graded piano music exams too. The students’ happiness, acquisition of new knowledge and musical improvement are the most important things to her. Nedelina has over 6 years of teaching experience with students from age 4 to 65 in guitar, piano and ukulele, and preparing them for Trinity and ABRSM exams. Thus far, her students have achieved distinctions in multiple graded exams, including gaining admission into the Junior Trinity programme. In addition to individual teaching, she has designed and created original teaching materials, including an instrumental guitar book for ensemble playing. As a current music teaching assistant and guitar tutor, she organises, manages and provides classroom music lessons to over 80 students from various backgrounds. Moreover, she has had the opportunity of working with and helping students with severe learning disabilities and autism reach the next level of their music education. Nedelina is a music teacher who aims to share her knowledge and inspire people to see the magic of music.
