To participate and take full advantage of the art therapy workshops, it is not necessary to have any artistic practice, nor pre-requisite because there is no artistic objective to achieve. Let's explore working in brush and ink together. Taught by Royal College Graduate and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Hayley is a published and exhibiting artist and writer with a specialism in brush and ink. This is a bespoke class which can be for up to three people. Before the class I can guide you on what equipment and materials you will need. We will explore brush and ink as a medium and discuss the different ways in which you can work. I will share examples of ink work and ask you to show me examples of the artists who inspire you and we will discuss how they created their work and how we can use them as inspiration to develop your own individual approach. The fee for your lesson includes all of my lesson planning and any written feedback I may provide for you. *If your location is more than 5 miles from BH12 then there will be an additional fee for my time travelling for you. This is charged at half the hourly teaching rate pro rata.
