I am a guitarist and offer classical guitar lessons for beginner to medium for children of all ages! The goal would be to discover the world of the guitar by first learning the basics, then applying them to learning an easy piece to start! This learning should lead to a certain autonomy of deciphering and will allow the participant to evolve in the discipline of these own wings!

The viola, brother instrument of the violin and the cello offers a rich palette of colors and a warm sound that we will learn to develop together. Instrumental practice is central, but we can also make some theoretical digressions (history of music, music theory, etc.) if necessary and according to the wishes of the student. Start by learning healthy posture to produce full, controlled sounds. Learn the notes on the instrument while reading the score. Play in pizzicato then arco to feel the individuality of each hand. Work on both technique and musicality to be able to play pieces adapted to the level of the student and above all have fun in music! If the student has suggestions for songs or special requests, I remain open to proposals!

I base my lessons on the alliance between learning music theory and practicing the instrument. This allows for interactive teaching. My lessons are usually in 1 hour; even 1 hour 30 depending on the relative intensity of each. I am demanding with my students but without pressure. I want to teach this discipline to make it a passionate way of life.

Special introductory guitar course according to the Suzuki method, the method of the musical mother tongue! It is a method that involves the presence of parents, as emotional pillars of the child, to encourage them constantly and allow them to improve each day. A lesson lasts 30 minutes !! I am an Italian guitarist with two masters (in Italy) and specialized in didactics and pedagogy of music (currently a student at the HEMU, pedagogical path) according to Suzuki and Kodaly methods.

Musician from a young age, I am currently finishing the MASTER in JAZZ DRUMS from the HEMU in Lausanne. I also graduated from the Nantes CRR in the same discipline, as well as from the AGOSTINI school in Angers. I have a great experience of the scene in a field ranging from Current Music to Jazz via Street Arts and Live Performance. I give Drums and Rhythm lessons (also for non drummers) at home or in my room located in the Flon district of Lausanne. My courses are aimed at all levels, and take as a starting point where you are now, while respecting your motivations. For the children, my idea is to provide them with a consistent and solid base that will allow them to follow the path they want in complete freedom thereafter. However, I suggest two ways of working: o Soloist work: each participant brings a piece they wish to work on. Personalized working time that allows other participants to develop listening skills and learn by watching. We help each other, we advise each other with respect and kindness. o Choral work: Singing in several voices is an important part of singing and helps to broaden the repertoire. Work a capella or with the accompaniment of a piece with several voices in order to develop listening to the other, create one and the same voice with several, open up and decomplex! No need to know how to read music! As a choir director, I developed learning tools to allow non readers to work their scores on their own. Musical awakening course from 4 years old. We discover in this workshop the sounds, the rhythms, the instruments. We dance, we sing, we have fun, we learn by playing! - Listening: Recognition of basic rhythms, learning of notes and different sound universes - Fingerboard: Body percussion and practice of small instruments - Breathe: Simple breathing exercise to discover the instrument body. - Sing: whisper, shout, sing! We explore all possibilities from the spoken voice to the sung voice - Play: through games you learn without realizing it! I offer individual lessons of 30 min for children between 4 and 7 years old. It is also possible to form small groups to take a sibling or a group already formed. The course time can be adapted according to the desire of the child or the size of the group formed. Musical awakening lessons from 7 years old Music lessons where we develop the basics of musical awakening. The child is better able to learn more complex rhythms as well as songs sung in one or two voices. Student with a master's degree at the HEMU, in the class of François Salque, currently pursuing a master's degree in pedagogy at the HKB, alumni of the Schleswig Holstein Festival Orchestra, of the Lucerne Festival Academy Orchestra, and of the International Ensemble Modern Akademie of Frankfurt, I am passionate about teaching and experienced, working with children, young people and adult amateurs. I also have some experience of group pedagogy. Passionate about contemporary music and improvisation, I use the latter to transmit the technical and musical bases in a fun and original way, and to allow everyone to discover their personality and their relationship to the instrument. I always take into account the expectations and tastes of each, to help my students achieve their goals (being able to play and have fun of course, but also to play in a small ensemble, read music, develop his own hear...) I hold a French DEM (Diplôme d'Etudes Musicales), and a Master of Music Performance from the HES-SO.

I offer musical initiation lessons, fun and instructive, for children from 6 years old. Through multiple games and activities (singing, piano, rhythm and improvisation), children learn and discover music while having fun! My method: a global approach to music, to promote the motivation of the child (he learns while having fun) and his development. This method will allow him to work on his memory, his listening or his motor skills. Thanks to games, the child learns to read notes, to put his voice, to reproduce rhythms, to listen ... while having a good time. I adapt these activities according to the child's age, strengths and difficulties. Music is the basic essence of all emotions and expressions. By learning it, we can admire and understand its beauty and enormity. My objective is to share the knowledge in Carnatic music that I have gained over all these years with the same passion that I learned it with. My teaching techniques involve discussing theories, understanding ragam, talam, and its built, and appreciation of Carnatic, light and film music creations. I would teach and encourage my students to listen to the previously created music and discuss its intricacies. You can learn from the basics to the advanced level along with vocal exercises and breathing exercises required for the music practice. You can get trained to perform in open-stage concerts and competitions as well.

Many people are passionate about music, but have they ever studied it in their lives? With this course I offer music theory, transverse and recorder classes for all levels, from the youngest to the oldest. The course can be adapted to each student and their preferences when it comes to learning. From getting to know the history of music a little better, learning to read sheet music, learning more about harmony, analyzing compositions or learning a new instrument. These are some of the options but I am always open to students and their preferences.
