Trusted teacher: - If you are tired of paying tutoring organizations that send you students who have the knowledge but not the pedagogy... - If you are tired of only finding highly qualified teachers while your daughter is only in 5th grade... You have come across the right ad! ★ I am versatile: I can help your children with French and Maths. I can also help them in English and Spanish but I should point out that I am not trilingual, I provide academic support. ★ I'm listening: A prior discussion with parents is essential in order to know precisely the academic problems of their children and to best guide my lessons. I also like to ask the children afterwards what their difficulties are to see if parents and children have the same perception. When the assessment is established, I question the students on what they are studying in class with a view to following the program while trying to review specific points that have not been assimilated. I mainly use their courses and their textbooks so that my students keep their bearings, but if necessary I use the material I have. ★ I am a translator of incomprehensible courses: Indeed, the lessons are completely incomprehensible for most students. They are formalized in a way that no teenager can understand them. All students have the potential to become good as long as the concepts are well explained. My mission is therefore to simplify them and transcribe them into clear language. ★ I am methodical: I have improved my working methods through my 8 years of teaching. They are based on understanding and not on rote learning. The students must be able to re-explain their lesson to me and thus demonstrate that it has been completely understood. I give exercises of increasing difficulty and which allow optimal progression. I can also give exercises to do for the next session. When there is time left, I even take the opportunity to move forward with the program so that they get the best possible grades! ★ I am a coach with a psychological approach: During my adolescence, I was school phobic and that's why I do everything to help my students feel better at school. I'm not just here to help them with their homework. All my lessons are personalized because each student is different. I like to know how they perceive the subject, if they appreciate their teachers in class, the job they want to do later... I make a point of letting my students find the solutions to the exercises on their own so that they are proud of themselves. In addition, I will encourage them to develop a taste for effort (pay attention to their spelling and write neatly) in order to systematically produce quality work and gain self-esteem. I restore confidence in my students because it is important that they are happy and motivated to be effective in their work. ★ I do my job with pleasure: I like to pass on knowledge and see my students progress. Teaching is for me a real pleasure and not a nutritional need. I therefore offer real supervision throughout the school year. Observation, listening, work and encouragement are the 4 pillars of my teaching. The goal is for them to be autonomous and independent at the end of the school year! My lessons boil down to this: good humor and efficiency! ★ Hours: - Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. ★ Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions because I am very responsive (about 1 hour). We can therefore organize a first lesson quickly. You have nothing to lose because I offer the first half hour of lessons to offset the site's registration fees! See you soon !

Trusted teacher: Hello ! :) - Were you given a guitar (or a ukulele or a bass) for Christmas, and your neighbors already regret it? - Your instrument has been gathering dust for ages in Mémé's attic, and you would like to take it back? - Do you want to play above all, rather than falling asleep to the gibberish of a Nobel Prize-winning professor in music theory? - You've been playing for a while now, but do you feel like you have concrete barriers preventing you from moving forward? - You don't have a guitar, but do you secretly dream of being adored by crazy crowds? So here we go, I offer you GUITAR LESSONS (BASS and UKULELE also, in Rouen) WITHOUT SOLFÈGE & WITH BANANA! :) - You will choose the songs to play that you like (all styles, from Bieber to Gojira) - You will play from the first session - You will progress quickly while having fun - For each song played, I will create a personalized tablature adapted to your level - 98% practice + 2% theory = 100% cool! - You will become independent by learning to decipher a song by ear - I can lend you a guitar for the duration of the lesson - You will sign autographs - Grandma will thank you for the free space! Or do you already have an advanced level and want to improve with more advanced courses based on intervals, harmony and crowdsurfing? It's possible too! WHO AM I? My name is Guillaume, I am 38 years old and I have been a self-taught guitarist for 18 years. I learned on my own, in my student room, by sharpening my fingers and ears on System Of A Down. I also struggled like you, and I found solutions and good practices to remove my brakes. Now I play, write, compose and sing in the crazy rock/metal fusion band THE EDIBLE TOADSTOOL ORCHESTRA. I already pass on all my tricks through private lessons to several dozen students from 18 to 70 years old. I am also developing a video channel of covers of unobtainable rock/metal songs on guitar and bass, which I transcribe myself. I trained as a sound technician for a year at the Accès Digital studio in Rouen. Before all that, I worked for 9 years as a mechanical engineer in Research & Development in industry. I also like cats and pineapple juice, but that doesn't count. PS: I only teach ADULTS, I do not offer lessons to CHILDREN CONTACT ME ! What is the #1 obstacle in your game that you would like to overcome in the next 90 days? It's up to you to formulate your request, I'm here to help you awaken the musician in you! :) So, when are you getting started? Guillaume, your new teacher :)
