Hey! Have you always wanted to learn to play the piano but aren't sure where to start? Or maybe you just want to take your piano playing to the next level? In either case, you can come to me for piano and theory lessons tailored to your needs! Are you a fan of pop/jazz music rather than classical? We can easily take care of this too! As a young student, I am often closer to the practice of teaching and can sense where the student's goals lie. Very flexible throughout the week and weekends, either at the student's home, at my grand piano, or possibly online (especially music theory).

My name is Lisa and I obtained a Master's degree for Violin in 2024 with Lilia Umnova at the conservatory LUCA School of Arts Campus Lemmens. Since September 2024 I have started a Master's degree for Chamber Music at the conservatory LUCA School of Arts Campus Lemmens, still in the class of Lilia Umnova. I give piano and music theory/ music writing (composition) classes in regions Brussels and Leuven. I have studied in Italy (piano) and at Brussels Conservatoire (music writing). I like sharing my artistic knowledge and experience with motivated students of all ages and varied backgrounds. In my teaching method I try to focus on the strong points and qualities of the student in order to build up technical skills which will help the student to overcome difficulties in a simple and natural way. It is crucial for me to make the student able to express their personality in an autonomous and creative way.

I studied trumpet at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and built up a lot of pedagogical skills through my Educational Master Music and Performing Arts at LUCA School of Arts and experience as a teacher. I have worked with students of all ages, it is never too late to start (again)! The lessons can range from rather technical to musical, exploring different genres. As a teacher I am flexible, everything is tailored to the student. The goal is that you can develop yourself with pleasure on the instrument. I can also provide support with music theory. I propose violin lessons for all the ages and levels. I love music and violin in particular and what I hope is to transmit my passion to other people. What I would like is to make people learn through enthusiasm and positivity, with the belief that it is always the right time to learn something new. I have many years of experience as a teacher, thanks to the schools where I have been teaching during the last years and the teachers that I met as a student, who made me learn how to play and how to teach too. I am passionate about teaching guitar! Over the last 10 years I have been teaching students from ages 7-70 from complete beginners to advanced players with one thing in common - their wish to play guitar more comfortably and have fun while doing it! I am a classical guitarist with a background in pedagogy, psychology and physiotherapy, my approach - methodical. While working on the things you want to improve and learn I will also help you develop a deep understanding of the theory and principles that music is built upon. Our lessons will be exploratory and imaginative whilst also underpinned by technical knowledge so that you can enjoy playing comfortably and without pain. My aim is to get you to where you want to be playing guitar, whether that be for friends at New Year or on the stage at Carnegie Hall!

The flute it’s a quite complex instrument, where the challenge is to find the balance between all the parameter, such as posture(in order to learn how to play fast passage), lips and everything concerning breathing technique(in order to get the best clear and powerful sound). It’ my job to guide the student in order to let him/her find that stability in order to get best results possible.

I am a master's student at the Brussels Royal Conservatory. I give piano lessons at my home (Kessel-lo or in Herent) on a grand piano (also possible on location (+ extra fee)) The lessons last 1 hour (recommended), also possibility up to 30 minutes. Open for beginners to advanced pianists, young and old :) I prefer classical music, for me this is the basis for playing the piano. Of course I adjust to the student's preference, so jazz, film music ,. is also possible :) Piano lessons are given in Dutch, French or English. Reading, understanding, playing and writing music. I offer lessons for children and adults, no matter the level. In my lessons, in addition to learning technique and the instrumental repertoire (clarinet), you learn the language of music in all its facets (solfeggio, rhythmics, dictation, harmony, elements of composition). The method I use varies for each individual student and depends not only on his/her level, but on what interests him/her most and what serves his/her artistic growth. I am Ezio, I am Italian and I moved to Belgium to continue my studies. I have a degree in clarinet, I also studied conducting for wind orchestras, musical propaedeutics and also theatre and theatre therapy. I have worked with youth bands and taught in two music schools in Sicily. I am always interested in new methodologies and everything that can make learning not only functional, but also a real pleasure.

I am an enthusiastic professional violinist and teacher. I can teach you classical violin, folk songs from Greece and Middle East, as well as your favourite pop tunes and tunes of almost any other music genre! Being well classically trained, I can help you build a solid violin technique and prepare you for giving your best during important music occasions such as exams, auditions, concerts etc. Also, being member of pop - oriental bands with concerts around Belgium, France and Greece, having played with several classical and contemporary music ensembles and orchestras, as well as coming from a family of musicians, my lessons are ideal for students who want to learn to be at ease when they eventually make music with others. :) All pieces can be taught either by ear, music scores or BOTH!! Teaching you basic and/or more advanced music theory to facilitate your violin learning if you don't know yet how to read and write music, can be easily done! My personal experience with music psychology and body movement techniques for musicians have enriched my knowledge and teaching skills. Extra attention is given during the lessons to not only help you build a strong and steadfast technique and develop your music ear, but also to acquire a confident presence and attitude for when you play for others! All is being done with gentle care towards your body's physiology and feelings, and consideration of your learning style. :)) Finally, I'm at your disposal in between the lessons, answering to any questions you might have and offering you support and guidance with your new insights! :D

This lesson is especially for the hobby-musician (in the making). My goal is to teach the student how to play in playing the Saxophone, be it in classical music, pop, jazz, ... of my students, I expect them to have fun playing music and that they show it by doing their best without having to be a rut to play the instrument.

I have been playing electric guitar for 16 years and I was a member of several rock bands before. In my courses, I mostly focus on improvisation over bluesy, jazzy or simple rock chords. For those beginners, I start with some basics until we reach the required level to improvise. By taking the classes, you will learn how to accompany other instruments and enjoy together with other musicians.

I am a flute player based in Leuven. I obtained my master degree in flute in September 2020 at LUCA School of Arts and I am currently beginning bachelor music therapy. In 2017 I obtained my diploma in Pedagogical Formation. As a teacher I have taught flute in different schools and to students of any age. Due to my pedagogical studies in Dokuz Eylül University, I have full knowledge of training approaching to students in different age ranges. I welcome learners of all skill levels, from beginners who are completely new, to those with some childhood experience, to the advanced level players who need of fresh inspiration. I believe that everyone has an ear for music to some degree and that anyone can learn how to play succesfully. I can offer clearly structured lessons to students of any age, interested in classical music repertoire but also in other genres as pop. The lessons can be conducted in Dutch, English or Turkish.
